We went to this restaurant because it was recommended to us but honestly we didn't like it very much. Messy and not clean place, a cat was wandering around the bar counter and it was full of objects feet of dust on the shelves. The food wasn't bad but the service was slow and not precise, then we didn't understand if there were more rooms but in ours there really were no waiters and it was dirty and poorly furnished. We were expecting a typical place but it is probably a restaurant with a lot of history but everything could be tidied up and above all I recommend more cleaning.

We happened to have dinner at this place by chance. Very good value for money. Simple place but the lady who runs it was very helpful and satisfied our requests in a courteous and professional manner.

Nice tavern, friendly and welcoming staff and very nice owner
The food, for me, is not very tasty. Well cooked, not excessively greasy and/or oily but, I don't know, it didn't drive me crazy as they told me about it. MUST TRY ANYWAY because everyone has a personal taste and there were regular customers who praised it.

Undecided on tripe or osso bucco. The innkeeper removes my doubts and brings me a taste of tripe and then a portion of osso bucco. A DIVINE THING! Cuisine like this is something from times gone by, those sauces that cook for hours and the meat that melts in your mouth. But not those nonsense about "low temperature cooking", here there is love and patience. Thank you! If I could I would have given 6 stars!

Ristorante con piatti tipici toscani. Locale semplice ma pulito e spazioso. Menù vario. Cibo tutto delizioso. La carne si scioglie in bocca. Porzioni giuste. Buono anche il vino della casa anche se dava subito alla testa immagino per via dei solfiti. Il cameriere moro e magro molto gentile. La ragazza con i capelli rossi gentile ma un po' stralunata. La signora mora un po' fredda. Prezzi nella norma. Tutto delizioso. Consigliato

Come a casa, si ma come in quelle case in cui si mangia bene e come una volta. Atmosfera davvero familiare, belle e comode poltroncine avvolgenti, servizio come quando vai a trovare la nonna, meglio non c'è verso. Cibo di un tempo, ottimo il coniglio, super i fegatelli, non abbiamo provato la pasta perché non ce l'avremmo fatta! Prezzo onesto. Assolutamente da consigliare.
