Fantastic experience. From the moment you walk through the elegant gates, you'll realize that every guest is at the center of attention here. Plenty of pampering and attention make your stay magical. Every member of the staff works to make your holiday special and feels truly at home here. The treatments available are cutting-edge. I personally had the intensive biocast, and it was truly exceptional. A tangible result, in addition to the health benefits. Giulia, the person in charge of the treatment, was superb, gentle, and an excellent professional. We will definitely return to enjoy this paradise again.

I would like to express my sincere compliments to the entire staff for their extraordinary kindness, helpfulness, and hospitality during our day off. A special mention goes to Mr. Gianni, a highly professional person, always attentive and available. His kindness and the care with which he cared for my family, especially my daughter, made our experience even more special and unforgettable. Excellent breakfast, varied and full of all kinds of goodness. The attention to raw materials was truly remarkable. Thermal pools not up to the level of a five-star hotel. Excellent cleanliness. Excessively priced for the services offered.

The helpful and friendly staff escorted us to our room with luggage service. The suite had a great view; I expected a more "luxurious" room given the high price for one night.

Absolutely one of the most amazing stays. Baths : numerous and lovely mineral water. Therapy: Don’t forget the “ingest” …drink a few cups of the mineral water/day. Rooms: Fully renovated and appointed Medici villa. Can’t say enough. Dine: Lovely 1/2 board. Dinner exceptional! Staff: 100! Especially Francesca at the front desk.

I didn't stay overnight, but it's a fairytale place. The view of the valley is a fairytale, an earthly paradise.

We've been coming here every year for 12 years. It's the only place on earth we return to so many times. There's just something about this place. Excellent service. But you can find that elsewhere. Delicious. Yes. But there are places that are just as good. The atmosphere. It's simply unforgettable.

I went to Fonteverde Terme on Sunday, this being a gift from my girlfriend. Together with her and my boyfriend we spent a day between approximately 11:00 and 18:15. The cost was quite high and, precisely for this reason, the expectations were in line. Unfortunately, the real experience was not up to the advertised image. The photos are very well taken, but the reality is different. Starting with the changing rooms and lockers where we changed, we found a level of cleanliness below the expected standards. The dust was visible, and the locker doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. For a 5-star structure, this aspect is unacceptable. Comparing it to other lower-level thermal baths and spas, where the services were clearly superior, the difference becomes even more obvious. The restaurant and bar deserve 4 stars — here we were quite satisfied. However, overall, the value for money is no more than 3 stars. Much more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness, in all areas: from the entrance and reception, to the changing rooms and pools. Currently, many aspects leave much to be desired. The massage was pleasant, and the staff was excellent. The girls were very attentive to detail and professional. If I had to answer honestly the question of whether I would return, the answer is no. Not because of the price itself — because we were willing to spend — but because the experience does not justify the cost. There are much better organized structures that offer truly 5-star services I cannot comment on the rooms, as we were not accommodated within the structure.
