Fantastic experience. From the moment you walk through the elegant gates, you'll realize that every guest is at the center of attention here. Plenty of pampering and attention make your stay magical. Every member of the staff works to make your holiday special and feels truly at home here. The treatments available are cutting-edge. I personally had the intensive biocast, and it was truly exceptional. A tangible result, in addition to the health benefits. Giulia, the person in charge of the treatment, was superb, gentle, and an excellent professional. We will definitely return to enjoy this paradise again.

We've been coming here every year for 12 years. It's the only place on earth we return to so many times. There's just something about this place. Excellent service. But you can find that elsewhere. Delicious. Yes. But there are places that are just as good. The atmosphere. It's simply unforgettable.

I went to Fonteverde Terme on Sunday, this being a gift from my girlfriend. Together with her and my boyfriend we spent a day between approximately 11:00 and 18:15. The cost was quite high and, precisely for this reason, the expectations were in line. Unfortunately, the real experience was not up to the advertised image. The photos are very well taken, but the reality is different. Starting with the changing rooms and lockers where we changed, we found a level of cleanliness below the expected standards. The dust was visible, and the locker doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. For a 5-star structure, this aspect is unacceptable. Comparing it to other lower-level thermal baths and spas, where the services were clearly superior, the difference becomes even more obvious. The restaurant and bar deserve 4 stars — here we were quite satisfied. However, overall, the value for money is no more than 3 stars. Much more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness, in all areas: from the entrance and reception, to the changing rooms and pools. Currently, many aspects leave much to be desired. The massage was pleasant, and the staff was excellent. The girls were very attentive to detail and professional. If I had to answer honestly the question of whether I would return, the answer is no. Not because of the price itself — because we were willing to spend — but because the experience does not justify the cost. There are much better organized structures that offer truly 5-star services I cannot comment on the rooms, as we were not accommodated within the structure.

Pros: Large pool complex, very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of linens, cleanliness. Cons: The details. Lack of attention to dietary restrictions, which were stated in writing and repeatedly verbally (use of allergens even if not listed on the menu), even in room amenities. These are serious issues in my opinion (which cost me two days of illness and the resulting cancellation of my plans for those two days). I can't comment on the breakfast buffet because I was too unwell to leave the room and eat. Less serious, but still noticeable, issues are: in the room (suite), an exposed plastic drain in the bathroom and a lack of basic toiletries (obviously not towels, but toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable soaps, etc.), lack of clear signage (besides me, I saw many guests wandering around asking for information), some areas were decidedly poorly organized (there was no room to leave bathrobes and slippers in the private pool. The indoor loungers were definitely insufficient for the influx of guests.). Leaks and humidity. Which are expected in a spa. But in a 5-star resort. The overall experience is something I'm forced to reject it.. Especially considering the overall cost.. I don't just mean money obviously.

Overall, the property is worth the price. The receptionists, hotel, bar, and restaurant staff are impeccable. Professional and reliable. I'm a satisfied customer. I'd like to leave a hopefully constructive comment about the restaurant: we've been to your other properties (ex Grotta Giusti) and were completely satisfied with the food. Unfortunately, the cuisine at the restaurant at Fonteverde isn't up to par with the property. I'm not saying the food is bad, but it's just not up to par. I hope this comment is constructive, as the property is truly unparalleled and the staff is highly professional. The central bar is absolutely worthy: I've never had such a good drink. For this very reason, it's truly a shame not to elevate the restaurant's cuisine to 5-star standards. We'll definitely be back; we had a great time.

We went to the spa and I have to say we were very satisfied. The only thing we didn't like was that there was a man cleaning the women's locker rooms; that made us a little uncomfortable. But everything went perfectly and I recommend it.

Day Spa with a pampering package for two and access to the bioaquam circuit. Impeccable service. The thermal pool on the first floor offers a breathtaking view of the hills. An enchanting and joyful experience for body and soul. The staff in every area is kind, welcoming, and professional. I recommend the talaquam experience. Salt water, zero gravity, the gentle sound of bells, lightly scented candles, and a starlit ceiling. A magical experience💖

I stayed 3 nights with my husband and two other friends and my Maltese dog Adel on a half-board basis. I had a wonderful time thanks to the kindness of all the staff, from the reception, the restaurant, and the cleaners... everyone was very helpful... the room was better than I imagined, with all the comforts, even for my dog... various and well-designed pools... towels available... the entire structure is very clean and the details well-finished... a truly welcoming, elegant, and spacious environment... with a breathtaking view.
