A perfect place to stop without going out of your way. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and very friendly. Ideal for refueling and continuing your journey. We'll definitely be back.

It wasn't our first time at this restaurant. Originally a Neapolitan pizzeria, it has evolved over time and now offers a wide selection of seafood and meat dishes. They also make various "pinsa," but I can't comment on them. The wine list isn't extensive, but it's still good. We saw excellent platters being passed around the tables, and they were truly generous. We opted for a meat option, and the first courses we tried (pici with Cinta Senese sausage and Tuscan pecorino cheese, and tagliatelle with Chianti ragù) were completely satisfying in terms of flavor and quantity. Free, spacious parking. The location is close to the walls of Buonconvento. The only small drawback: the service, despite being friendly, was objectively a bit slow.

A good restaurant, worth a visit if you're in Buonconvento. The appetizers are very good (Tuscan crostini and crispy seafood panzanella) and the homemade pici. The service could definitely be improved (they don't bring the bottle of wine to the table already opened! They don't put it on the table without pouring the wine into glasses and asking to taste it!)

A particularly important restaurant, very interesting and beautiful, the service and food are unparalleled, everything excellent. Chef Michele is extraordinary, absolutely worth trying.

Passing through Buonconvento, we dined al fresco beneath the ancient walls. From the menu, we chose the "Florentine menu." We started with a varied Tuscan appetizer, followed by the legendary Florentine steak (scottona) with baked potatoes, brought and sliced ​​directly by the chef, cooked to perfection. House wine, water, and coffee, all for €100 per couple—an excellent price. If you're passing through, stop by and take a stroll through the fortified town.

Very simple space, however, with very correct cuisine and service. The BISTECCA menu is recommended.

It was an exceptional experience. Our group was about 30 people. The food was wonderful and plentiful. Chef Michele personally appeared at each dish and asked for feedback on what was served. At the end, we even took a picture. Thank you very much for the experience!
