A very pleasant restaurant with delicious Tuscan cuisine. For lunch, we ordered fresh and flavorful vegetarian bruschetta, creamy risotto with asparagus, zafferano e pecorino romano (risotto with green asparagus, saffron, and pecorino romano), and delicious tortelli di patate al nostro ragu' di cinghiale (tortelli with wild boar ragù). We also drank Chianti Classico "Monticello" Colombaio di Cencio🍷 and Riserva "Vinci" Gran Selezione🍷, which paired perfectly with the dishes. The service was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere pleasant, and the prices reasonable. I recommend it.

A fabulous local restaurant. The pizza dough ( especially the charcoal) is really good crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, the dark bread is also really tasty and the pasta is homemade. The exceptional dessert was the crème brulee, the freshest of eggs, served warm as they don’t burn the sugar until you order-fabulous. Fantastic fairly priced wine lust and lovely staff -what more do you need?

With a group of friends, heading out for the Eroica by motorbike, we stopped at this restaurant located in the pedestrian center of Gaiole.
The service, the quality of the food, and the outdoor setting were perfect. A small criticism of the quantity, which is why I only gave it 4 stars... a few more forkfuls, given the type of guests (all, or almost all, for the same reason), wouldn't have hurt.
I absolutely recommend it!!!

We stopped by for lunch and stumbled upon this homy restaurant. The chef attended to us directly and provided fresh homemade bread, delicious regional soup and homestaple pastas. The gelato was also delicious.
