We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. We tried several courses, and every single dish was prepared with extreme care and flavorful ingredients.
The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite, especially the couscous, which was cooked to perfection. Historic place... Even though I've seen the falafel sandwich rise in price year after year, it remains the best Middle Eastern place in Pisa.

We went to this restaurant with friends and had a wonderful time. The food was truly excellent, everything very tasty and carefully prepared. The falafel were the best I've ever had: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and truly delicious. The staff was also super friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening. I absolutely recommend this place, both for the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Nice place, friendly and courteous staff.
The cuisine is very rich, with a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options.
There's no shortage of meat dishes. Very good.
Personally, I didn't like the strong flavor of the cumin.
I still recommend it for a different kind of dinner.
