26/07/2025: An excellent surprise in the center of Volterra. You enter into an elegant Tuscan-style setting. But the real surprise is on the palate: traditional dishes, beautifully reinterpreted, of excellent quality, and impeccable service. The wild boar dish... a sensory delight.

26/07/2025: Perfect evening outside on the terrace. The food was outstanding, I had the zucchini carpaccio with a tofu dressing (had to try), brilliant. I had the Trinka, Pork Chop with spinach and cannellini beans. I very rarely eat pork at a restaurant because it’s often overcooked but this was easily the best pork chop I’ve ever eaten. The service was very friendly and efficient we really enjoyed their professionalism and engagement. The wine suggestion was perfect. We were there last month but the delay is fine, as among the great meals we had in Tuscany this was the standout. We would have eaten there every night if we had stayed longer. Many thanks again. 07/05/2025: A pleasant discovery! This place really surprised me in a positive way. Not your usual plant-based restaurant with just hummus and salads. With an eye for innovation they have managed to maintain the characteristic flavors of Italian cuisine, simple, tasty but not banal. Highly recommended!!!

16/07/2025: Perfect for wine lovers and bon vivants. (Plenty of options for the vegetarians among us too!) The food was incredibly delicious, the atmosphere was great, the service was really friendly and always had a pleasant chat, and the place is beautiful. We sat inside, which was great, but if you really want to soak up the atmosphere, there's also an outdoor area with atmospheric lighting and a cozy atmosphere. 🤩 The food was delicious; there's plenty of Italian cuisine to choose from. The desserts (especially the tiramisu) were delicious 🍝🍨. It's also a child-friendly restaurant 👦🏼

24/07/2025: Trovata tramite Trip devo dire che è valsa la pena aspettare più di mezz'ora! Una volta accomodati il servizio è stato celere! L'ambiente semplice ma reso gioviale dal signor Stelvio, un arzillo uomo di 90 anni che gira tra i tavoli, la moglie in cucina a preparare i piatti e i figli a servire.... Le vere Trattorie italiane di un tempo! Fettuccine alla Stelio da provare e arrosto con mandorle top! Pesche al vino con cannella spettacolari così cime il tiramisù! Caffè corretto da chiedere! Prezzi umani! Straconsigliato! Bravi tutti!

24/07/2025: A very good little trattoria typical of Pisa. The atmosphere is friendly, the dishes simple but excellent for a very good quality/price ratio.

26/07/2025: The location is excellent, but the dishes we ordered were subpar (tasteless risotto, burnt pinsa). The service was extremely slow (we ate two hours later, six of us, and there was a time difference of over an hour between the first and last customer's dishes). The prices were inflated: a basket of fries cost €18!

25/07/2025: A casual restaurant offering quality dishes, specializing in wood-fired, free-range, antibiotic-free chicken, served in generous, tasty portions. The rotisserie offers a wide range of options: not only whole or portioned chicken, but also pasta dishes like lasagna, gnocchi, chicken parcels, finger foods, and side dishes like roast potatoes, caponata, or grilled vegetables. Friendly staff and efficient service. Excellent value.

21/07/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Tuscan gem in the heart of Pisa! We went to Chilometro Toscano on the recommendation of the B&B where we were staying and... what a discovery! The place is small, well-kept, and authentic, with a beautiful display of traditional products. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses (all freshly cut!), some truly spectacular pici with venison ragù, and a Fassona tartare that melted in our mouths. Super welcoming service, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and eager to explain each dish with passion. Fair prices considering the quality.

Food with typical Tuscan dishes cooked divinely, the waiter Emanuele is the best of the best, very polite and with great experience, the owners are splendid and take great care in choosing the raw materials, something very important in catering....
