05/10/2025: Excellent traditional cuisine, tastefully revisited with a clever touch of innovation. Excellent and informal service, a perfect venue for a relaxing and romantic evening. Special mention goes to the thoughtful and tranquil atmosphere.

30/09/2025: The food was exceptional and delicious. The service was superb. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended if you're looking for a different, less conventional Italian experience at a good price. The only downside is that they have few non-alcoholic options.

23/09/2025: A welcoming place with a great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. Every bite was an explosion of distinct flavors. The tapas and Valparaíso are highly recommended. The passion and attention to detail shines through, from the menu presentation to the cutlery, to the explanations of the dishes. It was a wonderful discovery, see you next time!

20/09/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Tumi Osteria! We were served by very attentive and cheerful waitresses, who spoke english very well! We visited in september and we were seated inside in a very cosy dining room. The food was phenomenal, one of the best we had on our trip through toscana. They managed to balance the fusion kitchen very well and the dishes were finely balanced. As far as the grilled meats goes, it was just how it‘s supposed to be! Can definitely recommend 5/5!

12/10/2025: Zero professionalism, if the waiter shamelessly flirts with customers, charging only 2 euros for a sandwich just to keep hitting on me even after being rejected by my partner, and repeatedly asking for her Instagram account. We'll be back to pay full price for the sandwich and explain to this guy that by doing so, he's ruining the business of a restaurant that is an institution in Pisa. Congratulations.

09/10/2025: A great welcome, away from the tourist trap restaurants where it smells like frozen food... Here, there's no fuss, the place remains in its original state, it breathes authenticity, the actors are discreet and smiling. The food is delicious and tasty, it's well presented without fuss because that's real life. Simple people, good food and above all, good humor 😊

03/10/2025: We chose this restaurant based on Google recommendations, attracted by the excellent reviews promising authentic, family-style Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I ordered supposedly homemade orecchiette, served with broccoli pesto: the pasta was dry, the pesto was equally dry, and the broccoli taste was nonexistent. The dish clearly lacked flavor. My husband had a meat dish stuffed with vegetables and small potatoes: while the potatoes were good, the overall dish was very small and bland. This is even more disappointing given the price, which is completely disproportionate for such basic and meager dishes. Honestly, it's not worth more than ten euros, especially after having eaten at real, much better, more generous, and less expensive small family restaurants. In short: a highly overrated restaurant, which justifies neither the enthusiasm of the online reviews nor the prices charged.

21/09/2025: I had lunch here today with my boyfriend. It's a charming place, with a breathtaking view. The food is truly exceptional, a wonderful culinary experience, not to mention the service. The service was the highlight of the meal. Simone, with his charisma, has the gift of making the atmosphere unique; we felt pampered. He's truly friendly and attentive. We found incredibly genuine hospitality and an unparalleled desire to make guests feel at home. Thanks also to Filomena, whose kindness and sweetness helped make our stay divine. Keep up the good work; if we were to return to the area, we would definitely return.

15/09/2025: An evening with friends, a pleasant surprise: the location with a panoramic view, even though it was a September night and rainy. A beautifully renovated rustic setting. Traditional Tuscan food, prepared with a modern twist. Authentic flavors with quality local products, starting with the wine, although there are several choices, but the local one is truly excellent. The service was impeccable. A lovely evening.

21/09/2025: A truly quaint restaurant just steps from the Arno River, offering a wide variety of traditional Tuscan products. We ordered ravioli filled with PGI Chianina ragù and Chianina peposo (a type of stew) with potato flan. From the first bite, you can savor the authentic yet sophisticated flavor. An ancient-recipe cake with orange and cinnamon is also worthy of praise. Highly recommended for a tasty yet sophisticated dinner.

08/10/2025: Confession time, we are not Vegans, but the menu looked lovely and the restaurant very inviting with its glass floor over ancient ruins. From the welcome on arrival, the explanation of the menu and the food itself, none of it dissapointed, absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend.

21/09/2025: We discovered it while searching for a gelato shop on Google Maps. We really stumbled upon it! The variety of flavors was all inviting, and finally, a scoop cost no more than €2.50. Gelato and a walk to the bridge over the Arno River—a combo we loved! It's worth a try...

30/09/2025: A remarkable experience at this recently renovated restaurant. The interior is beautiful (it deserves 6 stars). At the entrance, there was a basket full of freshly picked porcini mushrooms, and we were completely blown away! We had carbonara with mushrooms (amazing, beautifully presented) and Florentine steak with a side of pan-fried porcini mushrooms—all delicious. We washed it all down with an excellent Brunello di Montalcino. The tiramisu to finish was truly generous, prepared individually in a beautiful glass. The service was friendly and attentive; the owner is a true gentleman who discreetly accompanied us throughout the evening. I can't wait to go back! Bravo!

29/09/2025: Everything was perfect, the service with very friendly people and some spoke French, the cuisine and the papardelle carbonara with truffles and those with porcini mushrooms, succulent, the owners at the top, we wouldn't want another restaurant.

16/08/2025: What can I say? We're now regulars, and despite the many visits, they still manage to surprise us. The pairings are always spot-on, the dishes are balanced, and the atmosphere is relaxing and convivial. In short, our favorite place.
