10/03/2025: While walking down the street the sign on the door explaining that it's just 2 people working was what drew us in. Not only is the restaurant quaint quiet and unequivocally Italian. The flavors of Italy are imbued into the food from start to finish. If you have the time and I dare say you must make the time to stop in and enjoy this little restaurant. We had the caprese salad, tagliere toscano, The Tuscan soup of the day, and the grilled scotttana. It was absolutely without a doubt the best meal I have had in far too long! The wine we had was a vernaccia din San gimignano (white) and a rosajo rosato toscana (red) Please delight your taste buds and relax in what is by far my favorite restaurant in Pisa! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the tastes of the Italian countryside the old fashioned way. You won't be disappointed in the vibes, atmosphere, and this truly lovely couple who run the restaurant.

25/02/2025: Amazing find! Tucked away in a little side street - watch out, you could miss it. We had gnocchi and pasta and cantuccini with vin santo. Everything was truly delicious, the service was amazing and you could tell the meal was special, fresh and handmade. Even the wine recommendations were on point. 100% recommend!

07/11/2024: It is a good place to eat but I give this rating because it is the second time that I arrived an hour before closing and they no longer want to sell us. I would understand arriving 10 minutes before closing but I think an hour is excessive. They should change the schedule.

What can I say... excellent meat, attentive service and some local gems that we really appreciated. 16/02/2025: Locale veramente intimo. Menù tradizionale con alcune variazioni quotidiane. Veramente squisito e ricercati i salumi dell'antipasto di terra. Primi piatti sfiziosi. I dolci proprio da non perdere. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Let me start by saying that we took takeaway but the sandwiches are really good and original and even the starters (meatballs with alioli sauce) I regretted having only taken one type! Ah, special mention for the STRE PI TO SE chips, never eaten so good but what do you put in them???? See you very soon

14/03/2025: Excellent place in the center of Pisa, without being in a noisy area. Dinner with my friends was very pleasant, the sandwiches are excellent as is the beer. Excellent service, the guys are extremely friendly.

24/03/2025: Everything was delicious! We were surprised by how good the pasta with the game stews was 🤤 There were eight of us and we loved every dish we ordered. The pasta with wild boar and Parmesan foam was a highlight; it was incredible. The waitresses were super nice. Overall, a great place to eat and 100% recommended.

08/02/2025: La peggior bistecca che abbia mai mangiato. Abbiamo provato 2 tipi di bistecca. Una peggio dell'altra.. cottura allucinante( i pezzi di tagliata da una parte crudi, come vuole la tradizione toscana, dall'altro cotti, quindi rimessi a cuocere da una parte, mai vista una roba del genere);)la carne, dura da masticare. Già l'ultima volta mi ero ripromesso di non tornarci più, adesso metto una croce su questo posto. Assolutamente sopravvalutato.

18/01/2025: In breve, si mangia bene, tanto e si spende il giusto. C'è veramente una vastissima selezione di carne, soprattutto sulle tartare. Gli antipasti sono davvero abbondanti. Ho preso una selezione di salsicce e mi aspettavo tipo tre salsicce di piccole dimensioni. Ne sono arrivate sei, medie e tutte davvero deliziose. Ho preso poi una tartare all'amatriciana. Ottima. Insomma, poco da dire, se non in positivo.
