Excellent food, a location surrounded by nature with wildlife encounters (deer, foxes, wild boars, etc.), professional and very friendly waiters. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely wonderful! The experience begins right in the park where you might spot a wild boar. Upon arrival, it's pure authenticity: a warm, unpretentious welcome, a choice of a bottle of Pisa red wine perfectly paired with typical Tuscan dishes, cooked for hours with a thousand flavors. This is true Slow Food. Thank you for this meal and this place.

If you're a fan of wild boar and traditional Pisan dishes, but are also looking for a refined, relaxed atmosphere with attentive, professional service, this is the restaurant for you! What more can I say? The pappardelle with wild boar are fabulous, the wild boar cacciatore is superb; and if you're lucky enough to find the wild boar in dolceforte, try it—you won't regret it, and in fact, you'll taste one of the best dishes ever!

Well, what can I say? Nestled in the stunning San Rossore estate, this is a traditional restaurant. The menu features meat, especially wild boar, but also Pisan specialties. The dining room is a bit noisy, but overall, it's a really nice place to be. Impeccable service. The price is right, because nothing else is available these days.

13/05/2026: We ordered the four course tasting menu. It started with 2-3 appetizers, all of which were delicious. My wife is vegetarian and they didn't have that option on the menu for the four course dinner, but the chef Barbara creatively improvised each dish to give my wife the vegetarian version of each course. We were both super happy with the food, the service, the setting and the congeniality of the family who runs this restaurant. We highly recommend it! And we will return for sure.
26/03/2026: Nothing to say. The atmosphere was welcoming, each course was described like poetry, everything was truly delicious. Congratulations to Barbara and Fabrizio...and to my son, who, by hosting this dinner, introduced us to this truly TOP place.

14/04/2026: The food is very good, especially the quality, and the presentation is excellent. The prices are also fair.
08/04/2026: Superb experience! The food was delicious, exceeding all expectations. We had shrimp tempura, squid cannoli, tortelli Bolognese, crispy octopus, cheesecake, and chocolate cake. Each dish was unique, and the flavors transported you to a different world. We went with our 4- and 1-year-old children, and they even prepared a pasta dish off the menu for them. Impeccable service and a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent wine selection.
