Modern and informal environment, suitable for a coffee, a sweet or savory breakfast, up to a quick lunch or an aperitif. High tables inside, tables also outside under the loggia, comfortable even with passage. Fast service, aperitif served with appetizers, a stone's throw from the center.

Amazing Shrimp Risotto which went above and beyond with taste and quality. It was creamy and delicious. However, I would say that the Pizza was way below par. I ordered a margherita along with it which was disappointing ( was a frozen pizza just heated up I guess) . The location mentioned in the google maps is incorrect , Need to walk around 60m extra away from Pisa centrale to reach

Huge surprise when we arrived here and sampled the food . Owners are really lovely and helpful. The food is fabulous and really inexpensive. Very freshly made and service is very prompt.

It's close to Pisa Station and the owner is friendly and nice. Meals are available from 12 o'clock, and before that only bread is allowed.

Vero Bistro is a casual and very busy dining place beside the Pisa Central Railway Station ( a rough neighbourhood). The restaurant is busiest at lunchtime and frequented by May railway employees. The food options; shellfish with spaghetti , tuna in breadcrumbs, chicken with mozzarella , lasagna with spinach are all excellent. Wine , coffees, orange juice and drinks are inexpensive. If you don’t mind the bustle, it is well worth a visit.

It's a cozy place with reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and the gnocchi with pink sauce was delicious.... :)

PERÒ - fine dining with cocktail

07/04/2024: A wonderful surprise! Discovered it for the first time last night, excellent food and friendly, courteous service! We will definitely be back!
31/03/2024: I was here for dinner, everything was extremely good, from the starters to the dessert, up to the selection of cocktails and wine The appetizer offered to us by the house was also very good Very honest prices and a short walk from the center of Pisa Compliments!

01/04/2024: We were welcomed very well by the managers and the smile of the owner. Small and intimate place with colors that make you feel calm and at ease. Quick service even though it was full. The meat is excellent, but all the food is of high quality Wide choice of wines Excellent location also for families Very fair prices
31/03/2024: Myself and 4 other friends wanted to try this bistro at the suggestion of others who praised the excellent quality of the meat. In addition to not disappointing expectations, given that we feel the products are good and very well prepared, we received an excellent welcome and service, in a refined and intimate environment. I like discovering and changing places and types of cuisine, but this is a restaurant that we will definitely propose again and return to!
