The platters are filled with cured meats and cheeses of a much higher quality than those usually found in restaurants, not to mention the presentation: every time we feel like we have to dismantle this masterpiece to eat it! 17/09/2025: I don't know why I visited this store twice. There's a wonderful supermarket 20 minutes away, in the town of Manciano. It didn't add to my positive impressions. Prices were extremely high for everything. Fruits and vegetables were of poor quality, and overpriced. I didn't notice any friendliness, as others have written. The owner repeatedly pointed us to another shop. It felt like his shop wasn't for us. Furthermore, the sliced ​​pork was a mess, and we had to throw it out. I won't post a photo; I had no desire to photograph this abomination. I gave it two stars only out of my love for this region—Tuscany. But places like this ruin the experience.

09/09/2025: I came from Reggio Emilia to try his porchetta sandwich. Paolo, the musician, was very kind and recommended excellent cheeses. The deli is well stocked with every local specialty, and I can confirm the deliciousness of his sandwiches. A must-see if you're passing through Saturnia. Thanks Alice and Nicola.

The chef was always available to make changes to accommodate everyone. But what amazed me most was the pizza chef, who alone made an impressive number of pizzas, and there was no wait. My heartfelt congratulations, well done. It's a shame I live so far away, but if the opportunity arises again, we'll definitely see you again.

To respond to your comment, I believe you are referring to another table; there were not three of us, and I personally just tasted the tagliolini allo scoglio, which were decidedly awful, overcooked and flavorless. 19/09/2025: Terrible food; by the waitress's own admission, some dishes are brought to the restaurant already made! (Especially the children's menus). Extremely salty pasta and flavorless fish—an experience to forget, especially considering the price. In response to the restaurant: I visited on September 15th. A review isn't necessarily published on the day you visit. I would have given it 3 stars just for the service and atmosphere, but given the restaurant's lack of friendliness, both in terms of responding to criticism (and not just mine; I've seen many negative reviews), I'm changing my opinion.

04/10/2025: We happened to be passing by and were a bit late for lunch—it was almost 2 p.m.—but the very friendly staff immediately made a newly opened table for us. The food was so good; I'd love to come back again to try the other dishes. This time we had a very good spaghetti aglio, olio, peperoncino with totani (squid), very flavorful and perfectly prepared, and tempura of shrimp and zucchini flowers, very refined and subtly coated with a lovely crispy layer. The glass of excellent Vermentino di Sardegna was a perfect accompaniment. The tiramisu classico and hazelnut semifreddo were a lovely ending. A top-notch restaurant! I don't understand the negative reviews from people who almost never write reviews.

03/08/2025: Anche sulla base delle recensioni e delle foto su Tripadvisor ci siamo lasciati tentare. Purtroppo complessivamente siamo rimasti delusi. La crema di branzino è stata l’unica buona portata. Il piatto di pasta dello chef scarso, poco condito se non per i tanti pomodori e con pesce fresco ma evidentemente molto economico (cozze e gamberetti di dimensioni microscopiche). Le grigliate di spigola e orata di porzioni molto ridotte e molto bruciate con un contorno di verdure grigliate fredde. A concludere un cheecake che non lo ricordava neanche da lontano. Servizio sbrigativo e molto (troppo) veloce.

24/07/2025: Mi cade un mito, tutte le volte che siamo venuti qui ad Albinia siamo sempre venuti a mangiare qui, però questa volta abbiamo mangiato male zuppa si pesce non buona, tagliatelle con il sugo di pesce che non era amalgamato, anche la frittura e la patatine fritte non buoni. Peccato
