McDonald's Grosseto In Grosseto

A typical McDonald's. Unfortunately, they don't accept Visa, which I find unacceptable. Therefore, only 3 stars.

Very polite boys and in the end we even did charity work.

Service was great, the lady was very sweet. Sunday afternoon, the place was full of people and they brought our order right when we sat down. Very good and efficient, highly recommended! . . . I rarely get to dine at McDonald's and have the entire menu hot and well-prepared. This McDonald's was very clean, the staff was attentive, and the food was all hot and well-prepared. For once, both the sandwich and fries were piping hot. Excellent McDonald's! The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable.

As always, very fast and efficient, but the best was a girl named Alessia who helped me with the order in the app that wouldn't go through the payment, kind as can be. Truly top. 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪 💪

Last night I stopped by the drive thru late after work and despite there being a lot of customers the service was fast and friendly, the staff was very organised and helpful

Everything you expect from McDonald's in Italy

Excellent service. I must say the sandwiches are more filling than those in Naples and the surrounding area.
