17/07/2025: We were there today as a family of five. A small, fine, straightforward menu, but something for everyone. The food was delicious, as was the beer. The service was extremely friendly and prompt. The ambiance is pleasant. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend Canapino!

12/08/2025: Terrible restaurant. I ordered tortelli with mushrooms and got gnocchi with mushrooms. I ordered mineral water and it came plain, and the pasta was overcooked. Therefore, I don't recommend this place. The waiter talks too much and gets my orders wrong. I don't recommend it.

10/08/2025: It was a pleasant discovery. We stopped on the way home and were greeted by the owner with warmth and a smile, which never hurts. The pizza was delicious, 5-star. Next time we'll try the restaurant menu, which isn't bad at all. Well done, keep it up.

06/05/2025: Senza arte né parte. Non entro nel merito della scelta della materia prima che potrebbe anche essere di qualità ma il risultato finale è decisamente basso rispetto al parametro gusto che per una pasticceria dovrebbe essere essenziale. Bignè molle, panna troppo burrosa, zabaione si sente pochissimo è praticamente crema, infine la crema è ammassata quasi insapore. questo per quanto riguarda la pasticceria mignon.

16/02/2025: La pasticceria si trova in un punto strategico sul lungomare di marina di Grosseto, si può sorseggiare un cappuccino guardando il mare. Abbiamo preso 2 cappuccini buoni, un caffè e due dolci. La crostata era dura, mentre la lemontarte era buona. Peccato che il titolare sia una oersona priva di empatia e cortesia, sembra quasi che tu gli dia fastidio, con un espressione scocciata e infastidita. Peccato perché avrebbe un grosso potenziale..nn ci tornerò più...quando si sta al pubblico ci si comporta diversamente.

24/07/2025: It's a shame because the place is nice in the center of Grosseto, but the food leaves a lot to be desired, between appetizers and pizza!!! In my opinion, leave it alone; it's not your job!

18/07/2025: We ate here several times during our vacation and every meal was delicious. I can only recommend it. The staff is very nice and attentive.

24/03/2025: We went for dinner. Generous dishes and fair price, we didn't try the pizza, but it works a lot as a takeaway. Familiar and informal atmosphere. Fast and kind. Everything excellent!

29/07/2025: I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful day at the beach at La Caletta. The place is truly enchanting: peaceful, with crystal-clear water populated by numerous fish, ideal for a rejuvenating swim. The atmosphere elegantly recalls the '60s and '70s, lending a chic touch to the experience. I had lunch at their restaurant and was very satisfied: the spaghetti with clams was excellent and the octopus salad delicious, all accompanied by a crisp white Vermentino from Bruni. The staff was kind and welcoming, helping make the day even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to relax in a corner of authentic beauty, even for more than a day.

26/07/2025: 50 euros for beach club access. Front rows are reserved for seasonal members. No food service at your chair, no towels, really no beach. Pretty much a big piece of concrete sticking out. Should have been 20 euros since it was serve-yourself. Wasn’t impressed in the least.

23/07/2025: Two burnt pizzas! We went in to order two pizzas to go. A friendly waitress took the order. We waited 15 minutes. At home we opened it and ... two burnt, dry pizzas ... the children could not eat! We often and in different places in Italy get pizza. So far this is the worst experience(

31/05/2025: An engaging first impression with a cellar vigil atmosphere. Then, upon entering, a lingering smell of old cellar catches your nose, but you get used to it. Good pasta but served warm on cold plates. "Tagliata" of meat so hard that it was not possible to finish the plate. We pointed this out to the staff and it seems to us that in this case, offering the coffees or a digestif would be quite logical, but no, greed always wins. Bad note for the whole for a moment that leaves a bitter taste at the time of addition. Compared to our tour of Tuscany (including Siena), this is the most expensive and least good restaurant we ate at. 10/10/2024: Dirty place, poor food, rude staff

30/09/2024: We left better. Overpriced card. Other guests received food that was not written on the board. There is some rum everywhere. The Kärcher, the cleaning bucket and everything that doesn't belong in the guest room...

18/07/2025: We bought takeout for my son. The spring rolls were nonexistent and tasted bad, the fried chicken was reheated and rubbery, and instead of the sweet and sour sauce requested, they put spicy sauce. The person at the cashier was quite arrogant. Not recommended.

19/06/2025: The location is really beautiful and well-kept and the food, prepared with zero-mile products, is truly noteworthy. We regretted not having taken the appetizer, but we opted for the first and second courses... The first courses: pici guanciale and eggplant pesto and gnocchetti alla crema di Gutus, truly delicious. The advice of the dining room manager is precious!! We will be back

27/07/2025: We had an awful experience!! I rarely think it’s worth writing a review, but this is close to comical. Ambiance is not bad, you’re on the water overlooking the harbor - but the trash cans right next to the deck is not great. It’s Italy and you gotta love the local vibe but the bees 🐝 it brings was a nuisance for everyone. All patrons were fighting them off and it almost became funny. This would all have been bearable if it wasn’t for the fact the food was really terrible. We had two pasta seafood dishes and both had the stench of rancid shellfish. We had all but one bite and knew eating more would make us sick. We will see… Oh - and it may seem silly to say this but one of the dishes had a big black hair on top. Seriously… you can’t make this up. They took all our food away untouched and never asked the obvious question — if everything was ok. Which may indicate they’re used to bringing full plates of food back to the kitchen. So - maybe just a bad night - but I’d stay clear of this place if I were you. ** upon reading owners response: Dear owner. Thank you for your response. I tried to talk to the manager yesterday but no one was around when I paid our bill. Maybe I should clarify as I find your reply totally inaccurate. How you respond to your customers giving you feedback is up to you, but let’s set the record straight; 1. Our wonderful hotel called your restaurant to see if we could get a later reservation, and when you said that was not possible - we happily obliged and arrived on time. We did not just do a “no show” as that would not have been fair to you. 2. You are correct in that we did politely ask the waiter for a different table when we arrived at 19:30 as the restaurant was empty and we - a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids ages 10-14) were seated next to a set of garbage cans with wasps swirling. Our waiter said he would check, but never got back to us with an answer so we proceeded with our meal at that table. 3. We were nothing but polite to our waiter no issue with him - and your comment about ripping the wine menu off his hands is a lie. Once we had ordered food he took all the menus - I asked for the wine menu back as we had yet to order wine with our food… I do not wish to engage in a back and forth. I am simply sharing our experience - which is what reviews are for. Hopefully our experience was a one off, and you continue to thrive - I would want nothing more for you and your restaurant. If there is anything you can take from this customer experience, then great. If you choose not to - thats your call. I still wish you and your business nothing but prosperity and happy customers.
