Business trip, incredibly friendly welcome, not rooms but actual apartments, everything clean, the management even provided me with utensils to heat up dinner, the smell of cleanliness everywhere, abundant breakfast, close to Grosseto so the location is also excellent, silence reigns.

25/02/2026: We ate for lunch, the atmosphere is characteristic, appetizer with salad, modest, two anchovies each good, the mussels awful small not good then spaghetti with clams tasteless on the other hand the bill 35 euros per person for 4 people, I found it expensive, I will never go back!
