Excellent little restaurant, small but with excellent food quality.
They have outdoor seating facing the street, a few tables inside the restaurant, and additional tables outside at the back.
The service is courteous and attentive. They are always ready to accommodate any requests or wishes.
The prices are reasonable, even though the cuisine focuses primarily on seafood.
Outdoor parking is readily available.
The bathroom door could use some attention; it doesn't close properly and can therefore create embarrassment for those working inside.
The restaurant is accessible to people with disabilities; there are no obstacles.

Very nice place! I have a hard time understanding some of the negative reviews here. The food is absolutely delicious and the place cosy. The service was great too. We loved everything about Le Burle.

5 stars because it's the only one open in the area on Thursday evenings. A nice place with a bar on the ground floor and a restaurant upstairs. Fast service, local fish and meat dishes.
Informal atmosphere.

I was very satisfied both with the kind and friendly staff and the truly special food. I recommend it to everyone, families and young people. It's worth it.

Le Burle is a small bar and restaurant in Borgo Carige, in the municipality of Capalbio. The place is popular with locals, and the bar is a popular spot for aperitifs accompanied by generous appetizers. The restaurant is simple, with good food and a good selection of wines. Fair prices.

Returning after a year, we appreciated this place even more. Chef Danilo is a guarantee. The kindness of the owner completes the picture. Highly recommended. See you soon!!!

We're in Capalbio, or rather, no: you pass the hamlet of Borgo Carige on the side, and you walk up to the famous village, but you only stop if there's an event going on. And yet, there's (almost) everything, including a small restaurant. I hadn't been there in the last 15 years because it's too close to home, and I wouldn't think of eating out so close. A serious mistake, because the food here is excellent, especially fish, but not exclusively, and you don't have to wash glasses and plates. At the back, hidden from the street, is a covered veranda all year round. The table setting is well-appointed, the service excellent, and the first courses, main courses, and appetizers are all good. I haven't tried the Maremma meat specialties yet. The wine list is interesting, with some from beyond the Alps. Reasonable prices.
