Nothing to complain about, we arrived at 12:30 AM and the girl prepared a fried fish and two menus for us on the spot. She was very friendly, polite, and did everything herself that evening. Of the many places in the center of Follonica, I recommend this one. Top of its kind.

The quality and quantity were more than commensurate with the price. The staff were very friendly and eager to accommodate their customers' needs. We had a pizza with truffle and prosciutto and a shrimp and pesto salad, both truly delicious. The truffle was prominent on the pizza from the first slice to the last. We'll definitely be back when we come to Follonica!

While strolling around downtown Follonica, my son and I decided to eat at this place. We loved it, so we ordered a plate of fried calamari and a burger, both with fries. The food was very simple, but good. The guy was very kind and offered our dog some water. We'll be back 🥰

Light and tasty fried fish. Impeccable service. The staff are incredibly smart and smiling. We return every time we're in Follonica. Superb quality. Highly recommended.

Hosteria Del Borgo

31/01/2026: I visited Hosteria del Borgo during a trip to Maremma and had a divine meal. I especially recommend the ribollita, the gnudi (stuffed with ricotta and spinach, no pasta), and the pici, simply delicious. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommended if you're passing through!
18/01/2026: Very suggestive place, you have to go and look for it, good food.
