16/06/2024: Per anni sono stato frequentemente in questo ristorante, fin dai tempi che era gestito da Luciano S. Ho sempre trovato ottimo ambiente, ma soprattutto qualità, varietà e abbondanza nelle portate. Tutto saporito. In particolare la minestra di ceci, la rostinciana e il pollo fritto. A volte mi sono riempito con gli antipasti, specie con le donzelle accompagnate dagli affettati. Vino della casa non male. Un posto dove si sta bene e da dove si esce sempre sazi e soddisfatti.

11/05/2024: WOW! Ultimamente ho rifrequentato gli stellati, ma questo é davvero da WOW! Bravissimo lo chef e molto attento il maitre de maison. Ti portano da Massa Marittima al mondo. É un'esperienza sensoriale a 360°, non una semplice cena. Raccomandatissimo ed esperienza assolutamente da rifare! Molto bravi!

14/08/2024: Located a few steps from the station, not easy to see, however it has a lot of outdoor space. The service is perhaps a little slow, in any case the right proposals on the menu leave you fully satisfied, the fish starter immediately gives you the idea that you will eat very well. The bill is fair, perhaps the outdoor part needs to be looked after a little more.

07/08/2024: Scoperto per caso, si è rivelata una lieta sorpresa. Locale semplice, ma genuino, sia nel servizio, che nel contenuto dei piatti. In generale, il miglior pesce mangiato in zona, soprattutto le cozze e la grigliata. Per chi dice che è troppo costoso, vi porto la mia esperienza: per queste ferie abbiamo scelto una vacanza itinerante nel centro Italia, dall’Adriatico al Tirreno e per cenare fuori, non abbiamo mai speso meno di 35-40€, anzi spesso eravamo più verso i 50€. Pertanto, i prezzi di questo ristorante sono assolutamente nella media. Consigliato.

15/10/2023: Decent pizza, good place, good prices, discreet staff.

14/10/2023: Passing through on the way to Rossano. Five stars for the pizza (electric oven cooking) and for the low cost. The only complaint I could make is that the staff don't seem to really want to be there. However, every time I find myself in Castiglione I come here and it's a guarantee. Peculiarity is that there are various choices of pizza, even quite unusual ones.

01/08/2024: Super experience. In a week's holiday we returned twice and it was the best place where we had the pleasure of dining. Abundant portions (starter with platter of cold cuts and cheeses at €13, more than plenty for 2), quality raw materials and very honest prices. Not to mention the garden with tables which is fabulous. Congratulations to the owner for everything and also for the friendliness shown

29/08/2024: Locale con ampia veranda esterna, peccato non tiri un filo d’aria quindi di soffre il caldo come in una sauna. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ad accontentare i clienti. Mi ha deluso la zuppa di pesce, porzione scarsissima, senza nemmeno cozze e vongole. Almeno, al momento dell’ordine mi erano state indicate tra gli ingredienti, ma poi non c erano nel piatto e mi hanno detto che avevo capito male io. Prezzo secondo me un pelino alto in rapporto alla qualità e quantità offerta.

24/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante più volte in questo mese. Il locale è bello e arioso...con un bel giardino La cucina sublime, tutti i piatti assaggiati sono risultati ottimi e belli alla vista (complimenti veramente allo Chef), buona scelta di vini. Nonostante il locale sempre pieno i tempi di attesa sono stati ragionevoli, il servizio eccellente. Tutti la manager le ragazze e il ragazzo di sala... Tutti professionali e preparati. 09/08/2024: Recommended by relatives who live locally, we went to try the restaurant. The place is isolated set on the hills that surround the gulf of Talamone. Splendid view. There are various locations where you can dine: inside (a few tables), outside (under the pergolas or under very high awnings). Under the pergolas, the ventilation was not the best (ed). The service is as follows: laminated menu and order taken by a waiter. The food and water are paid for by the diner: with a squawking megaphone (in the confusion you could barely understand) you are called when the dishes are ready. A small descent with boulders for the floor makes it a little difficult for people who have some stability problems. Let's get to the food. I took 2x mixed cold cuts with pickled oil and cheese for two: not a huge quantity but good quality. 2x Stewed wild boar, not very tasty. 2x Pici alla buttera, good but nothing special. 1x Braised in Morellino: very good. Quantity, in general, not abundant. 2x French fries and 1x pan-fried peppers. I also had a slice of blackberry cake (fresh and good) and a coffee. Water (positive that you can go and fill it at will). Total of 95. Considering it's all a bit overpriced, it's worth a try.

01/08/2024: I'm sorry but I didn't feel well. Prices too high for non-existent table service, with tablecloth, paper plates and cups. You also have to clear the table yourself. The path from the tables to where you get food is uncomfortable and downhill. €2 cover charge for no service is truly excessive. For such a context one would expect festival prices, but instead we spent like at a restaurant. The food overall is not bad, but the portions are small. I won't go back.

26/07/2024: It is the second year that I return to this hotel, I always like it a lot. The very calm environment, the garden, the panoramic view of the sea... The location is wonderful, two km from the port, just 5 minutes by car. The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service. Raji, the driver, accompanies guests to the beaches of Cannelle and Arenella, but also to the port throughout the day, which is really excellent, you avoid having to take the car or rent other vehicles. In front of the hotel there is also the bus stop to Campese, a 20 minute journey. Comfortable, simple, very clean rooms. Exceptional staff, I really felt at home.

21/07/2024: A 20 minute walk from Giglio Potto but the hotel provides a shuttle service. Friendly staff. Terrible, old and uncomfortable rooms for a truly excessive price. Very good restaurant. Enjoy your breakfast
