29/10/2024: Our absolute favorite restaurant in Tuscany 😌 everything was perfect! An amazing view, also beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, great fast and very nice service and the food was one of the best we had in 3 weeks in Italy!

12/09/2024: A pearl away from all tourist places. The hostess is super nice and committed, the kitchen is great. The atmosphere inside and outside is very cozy. An absolute recommendation!

22/03/2025: We went to this restaurant for lunch today and we were pleasantly surprised. The appetizer was excellent both for the quality and the cooking, both the first courses we had were very good (the only thing that for my personal taste I would improve on the spaghetti with clams, I would add a light acidic note). We then had two different desserts and they were exceptional, balanced both in flavor and consistency. The environment was very well-kept, simple and clean. We will definitely be back!

26/03/2025: We found this very nice local restaurant by chance, excellent and attentive service, we took a mixed cold cuts platter and mixed croutons, excellent as a first course, pici with asparagus cream and crispy bacon, very good and generous portions, excellent wine, I give it 5 stars

28/02/2025: Though off season only open in the weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun), this small wine taster Osteria is placed near the republic square (Piazza Della Repubblica), infront of a pictoresk fountain (Fontana delle Sette Cannelle). It's partially a family owned business that offers mainly local meat based dishes and a variety of well assorted wines. The quality of the ingredients are on point. Just be mindful to bring cash if you wish to tip their fabulous service and wonderful food; as in Italy, tips cannot be given through card payment.

11/10/2024: So I can fully confirm the “slightly arrogant” assessment in other reviews... we decided to have lunch on the spur of the moment. The signage says it's open until 3:30 p.m. today, but they probably didn't want to serve us anymore, even though it was only 2:30 p.m. and we were easily within one would have been ready in an hour and didn't want to spend the whole afternoon in the restaurant anyway, but if you don't want to, you've already got it or something, then we'd rather spend our money somewhere else... luckily there's a large selection of alternatives...

26/12/2024: Passing through for a coffee, a star of honor for being the only bar open on Boxing Day. Very nice guy at the counter, bathroom ok for every type of need.. Too bad he didn't have lottery tickets.

25/02/2025: Very family environment. Excellent breakfasts with a choice of savory and sweet. Also ideal for aperitifs. In summer the homemade ice cream is also very good.

14/02/2025: We stopped at Oca Bianca for a snack while traveling. The environment is nice and welcoming, the managers are friendly, the food is simple and tasty. We didn't taste any alcohol as we had to drive but there seems to be plenty of choice! It would be nice to be able to find little surprises like this Bar more often.

01/02/2025: I had a very good beer in 1995 when I was staying at Mr. Renato Conti's apartment. I'll never forget it. The service was wonderful and I miss this place a lot. I miss it (nostalgia)

05/02/2025: Meglio di così non si può!!In questo paesino da fiaba c'è una trattoria da fiaba : piccolo ma caratteristico , un nido caldo e accogliente come la proprietaria e la mamma . Qui trovi le pietanze genuine e semplici ma ricche di sapore .la cucina maremmana di tradizione .tutto sapientemente cucinato da queste due donne straordinarie . Tortelloni ricotta e tartufo difficili da spiegare per bontà ed eccellenza delle materie prime Roast-beef che si scioglie in bocca, cotto meravigliosamente e profumato di delicati aromi .contorni altrettanto buoni Dolci ottimi .vino della casa. Prezzi onesti Il posto in cui non vedo l" ora di tornare

10/09/2024: La trattoria, situata in uno splendido borgo medievale edificato nel X e XI secolo, è a conduzione familiare con mamma prevalentemente ai fornelli e la figlia che si occupa della sala, entrambe gentilissime. La cucina propone i tipici piatti maremmani quali tortelli e pici - tutti fatti rigorosamente a mano - seguiti da carni locali (cinghiale, agnello, maialino...). In estate si può mangiare ai tavoli esterni nel borgo storico: all interno i tavoli sono pochi, si consiglia di prenotare. Il conto è in linea con la concorrenza ed ottimo è il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

15/09/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo localino per un veloce aperitivo settembrino, qualche tavolo all’esterno per potersi accomodare. Il proprietario sig.Antonio è estremamente accogliente, coinvolgente e disponibile. Cibo assolutamente di livello, abbiamo provato un tagliere di salumi, assaggio di formaggi e crostini, birre locali ottime. Prezzi adeguati. Sicuramente interessante anche la vendita online dei prodotti, da sperimentare.

14/09/2024: We stopped in this little place for a quick September aperitif, a few tables outside to sit. The owner Mr. Antonio is extremely welcoming, engaging and helpful. Absolutely top quality food, we tried a platter of cold cuts, tasting of cheeses and croutons, excellent local beers. Adequate prices. The online sale of products is also certainly interesting and worth experimenting with.

03/01/2025: Ristorante siciliano in ambiente informale con pesce freschissimo. Ottimi e croccanti i calamaretti fritti per antipasto, saporite le busiate col pesce spada, profumata di mare la spigola alla griglia. Proprietario e figliolo alla mano e cortesi. Una sorpresa il conto, davvero moderato in rapporto alla qualità del cibo. Ci torneremo di sicuro

17/01/2025: I stopped there for three nights with my wife. In their restaurant I was able to try some excellent local cuisine, the rooms are clean and quiet, and there is also a swimming pool. Then we met the manager Katia who is always very kind to everyone. I recommend it

11/09/2024: my husband and I stayed at this inn for a few days at the end of August. We booked the same day of arrival and the owner Mr. Alessio was very helpful in welcoming us (which is not to be taken for granted for a small accommodation facility) so for this reason our first thanks go. The Tuscan-style room was welcoming, spacious, quiet and above all very clean. Varied breakfast in the morning served on the terrace of the inn with a panoramic view of the Maremma hinterland. We have always had dinner at the inn as the food is all homemade by Alessio's family and it is all absolutely delicious and the price is more than appropriate. I will certainly recommend to anyone coming to the area to take advantage of this true hospitality of both the owner and his parents, very courteous people and always available for a chat. Precise only for those who want to have a beach holiday in the surrounding areas, from the village of Buriano which has the timeless charm of times gone by, it takes about 20 minutes by car. thank you very much.

28/08/2024: Ritornato a cenare in questo locale, dopo esserci stati la prima volta pochi anni fa: il buon ricordo è stato confermato. Vengono proposti piatti tipici della zona, dove in particolare i pici ed i tortelli svettano (fatti a mano). Altra specialità del locale e la carne, che viene cotta alla griglia. Nel fuori menù, degni di nota i fiori di zucca ripieni di ricotta (che fortunatamente ho avuto modo di trovare anche stavolta). Oltre a qualche vino di etichetta, viene proposto anche un vino di loro produzione (a mio avviso degno di essere provato). Dolci della tradizione italiana, anche quelli preparati dal locale. Gradevole l'area esterna (dove sono accolti anche i cani), al pari della veranda panoramica e della sala. Conto adeguato (non economico, ma neppure eccessivo) ai piatti ed ai locali. Se in zona, consigliato.
