To say we had a wonderful meal is simply not enough; we stumbled upon it by chance and couldn't be more satisfied. Fantastic food: the pappardelle with wild boar ragù was delicious, the wild boar with Morellino cheese melted in your mouth, the pecorino cheese gelato was out of this world, and the tiramisu with biscotti was a true delight. What can I say about the staff? They were all incredibly knowledgeable and kind. In short, a place you absolutely must return to. I highly recommend it.

The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Maremma hills, cool and breezy. The food is excellent, with some special highlights (pecorino ice cream appetizer with toasted bread with tomato powder, basil oil, and confit tomato ferrina). Impeccable service. Kudos to the entire staff.

We arrived at Osteria Passaparola on short notice on a Tuesday evening, and yet they greeted us with rare kindness, making us feel right at home. It was our first time in Tuscany and we wanted an authentic experience... well, here we found much more than just a simple dinner. We started with a spectacular appetizer: pecorino gelato, something truly unique and delicious. The staff recommended local dishes with care and passion, introducing us to authentically prepared dishes, all homemade. For our first courses, we ordered ricotta and spinach gnudi and pici all'aglione: simply exceptional. Authentic flavors, ingredients that speak for themselves, and that feeling of eating something made with love, not just for show. The evening became even more special because my girlfriend was celebrating her birthday, and, unexpectedly, they brought us Maremma tiramisu with a candle. A simple yet heartfelt gesture, one that we will cherish as one of the most beautiful memories of this trip. The owner was truly lovely, thoughtful, and attentive. You can sense the care, passion, and desire to make people feel good here. A true treat from start to finish. A superb culinary experience. If you're passing through, definitely stop by.
