14/09/2025: Farmhouse located in the Uccellina Park, just minutes from the sea, accessible by car, run by a wonderful family who makes you feel right at home. Excellent food.

14/01/2026: A very positive experience, my wife and I had lunch at my friend Zaid's, spaghetti alla carbonara, penne all'arrabbiata, as only he and I know how to make, 1 slice of beef with potatoes, water, wine, coffee, 2 Margherita pizzas, takeaway, €60. I forgot, between the three essences of delicious cabbage, we'll see each other soon.

29/11/2025: One of the few places left, I think, in Maremma where you can eat really well... in a world surrounded by organic, ethno-fusion, dynamic cuisines - Cantabrian Sea anchovies - cherry tomatoes - Slow Food Presidium... here you eat typical cuisine cooked with passion, authenticity and a great desire to do.

20/09/2025: I stayed two nights in Tirli with my girlfriend in this place surrounded by nature, very quiet and relaxing. The room was nice, with a small terrace overlooking the greenery—really pleasant, except for the many mosquitoes that made it difficult to keep the window open. Luckily, there was air conditioning, so sleeping well was no problem. The bathroom was functional and clean, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The only downside: upon checkout, I was charged for the previous day's breakfast as if it were an all-you-can-eat deal, when in reality I had only ordered a cappuccino and a slice of cake. If they had told me, I would have at least taken advantage of the generous offer! Aside from that detail, the stay was pleasant. We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant.

14/10/2025: I trusted the good reviews, but I was greatly disappointed. If the staff had asked me, I would have gladly told them in person, but the lady didn't show as much attention to a woman dining alone as she did to the beautiful, well-dressed family at the next table (perhaps a tourist for her?). It's a shame I'm a local but moved abroad. €14 Spaghetti with clams made with BUTTER For me, this is a blasphemy against Italian cuisine because in 15 years of gastronomy, it's never happened to me (only abroad 🥲), and I ate it both out of hunger and because, with my education, I would never have allowed myself to make a fuss. €16 Mixed grilled fish. In Grosseto, I expected at least the shrimp to be fresh. It's a shame they weren't, otherwise they would have been free of black intestines and could have been peeled without much effort. In any case, I fear the rest of the fish hadn't been fresh either, otherwise it wouldn't have been so bland. Maybe it's the wrong day... I think this is the first negative review I've made the effort to write because I have a lot of understanding, being in the industry. But precisely for this reason, when it comes to raw ingredients in Italy, things like this break the heart, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts! I've always been committed to conveying the essence and culture of our extraordinary cuisine (I don't come from any Michelin-starred restaurant), and eating like this when I return to my homeland is unacceptable. I also consumed a bottle of sparkling water. Paid €38. Thinking about it with a clear head after the shock, €8 for water and cover charge? That also smacks of mockery... (Reading other reviews where dessert and a glass of wine were also consumed for €40), but the €8 is irrelevant compared to the pain I felt when I saw clams before my eyes and smelled only butter. I admit I'm writing this with anger because I couldn't wait to enjoy a proper seafood meal, and maybe I chose the wrong dishes, but I still believe that simple things are the best. The staff, probably family-run, is clearly doing their best right from the moment you arrive, but I would have appreciated a little more smile from the lady at the restaurant :) to make me feel more at ease. I hope my experience is an isolated one and doesn't happen to anyone else who loves good, simple, and authentic food like I do.

07/01/2026: We stayed at this property at the end of December: my wife, I, our son, and our dog. The place is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet yet convenient area, just a few kilometers from Grosseto and other towns well worth visiting. The staff was extremely kind and always available. The breakfast buffet was excellent: varied, plentiful, and with special attention to guests' needs (thanks again to the ladies for the lactose-free cake). One evening we also dined at the on-site restaurant: very refined and with a pleasant atmosphere. I personally found it a bit pricey, but the quality of the food was truly excellent. Our little house was delightful: spotlessly clean (kudos to the staff), tastefully furnished, everything new, and very comfortable. Special mention goes to the shower, which was truly fantastic. We will definitely return, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the pool. The property also has a spa, but we didn't have the chance to try it.

06/03/2026: A rustic and fairly large restaurant located outside the center of Follonica. It offers a menu of meat and seafood. The service is friendly, the food is good, and the bill is fair. A pleasant place for a lunch break.

04/02/2026: Decent food... But for everything else, let's forget it.... Booked for 5 people on Sunday for lunch, we arrived and they had lost the reservation.... After a little wait they gave us the table, too bad it was for 4 and they made us sit... We got the chair from a table that had an extra one, the waiter comes with the chair 5 minutes after we had already sat down. They bring the menus when taking the order, we point out that a place setting is missing..... (Usually in these cases the table is set and then the customers are seated)... When taking the order, the waiter leans on the table (in his partial defense I can say that the place was full.. but in these cases you position yourself in the center of the table to understand and be understood better, not in a corner), the appetizers arrive to be shared before the main courses... And other minor things that I didn't like.....
