The name speaks for itself! We were treated to a wide variety of local delicacies, from cheeses and cured meats to crostini and, most importantly, Chianina beef carpaccio! All washed down with excellent, well-priced local wines! The small but welcoming and friendly place makes you feel right at home. Hugs to the managers, Sandro and Cristina!

We had an aperitivo with a tasting of three recommended white wines, all very good and plentiful. The only thing is, I wouldn't have served three glasses of white at once because they get warm, but rather one at a time. We recommend this place for a lovely outdoor aperitivo on a beautiful day like yesterday ☀️ (P.S. incredible value for money, two of us paid just €26 for six glasses and the large platter you see in the photo).

We purchased typical Maremma cured meats and cheeses. Both the products and the hospitality were excellent.

The cured meats are excellent (also available for takeout), and the lady who served us was very kind. A place worth trying over and over again!

Every time my partner and I come to Maremma, we have at least one aperitivo at Golosofia. The owners are kind and welcoming; they personally try and select all the products in their wine shop. All are Tuscan, especially from the Maremma. Yesterday, in addition to two glasses of wine, we also ordered a platter of game cured meats. Everything was excellent. And at a great price. We highly recommend it, not only for the quality but also for the splendid view of Sovana's main square.
