Everything from the starters to the desert was delicious, and the staff was super friendly also telling us a bit more about the story of the restaurant and island. Couldn’t recommend a better adress for an authentic and mouth watering culinary experience 🫶🏼 Bonus: the sunset view from the cute small windows 😍

02/05/2026: A truly excellent restaurant, with wonderful options both on and off the menu. I especially loved the Spaghetti alla Nerano. We went on May 1st with my family, and all the wait staff were pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

12/04/2026: A beautiful, authentic, and joyful place. The food is good, simple: grilled meats, vegetables, and a few exotic flavors (the basmati rice is exquisite!). But above all, it's the atmosphere you breathe. You eat in the garden under a spectacular wisteria, gazing at the panorama of the Saturnia hills, enjoying the fragrant air, the friendly and kind staff, and the warm smiles. A special place.

31/10/2025: I stayed here for work and, unfortunately, for only one night! I was immediately struck by the beauty of the place and the surrounding area. Excellent location for visiting Massa Marittima. Very friendly staff, clean, well-maintained, and very well-kept rooms. Excellent breakfast.

04/04/2026: Excellent location, rather homey from the outside, but inside it reveals a luxurious and romantic setting. Typical Tuscan cuisine, excellent pappardelle with wild boar and sausage. Very professional and fast table service.

31/03/2026: Had an otherwise lovely dinner soured by the behavior of other patrons. The table near us had a child with them that they allowed to watch Bluey (a child's tv show that has a lot of sound effects) out loud while they were there. The location is small, intimate, and cozy so this was very distracting, annoying, and really took away from the ambiance of our romantic dinner. We asked our waiter if they could request the child put in headphones or turn it off. The table apologized to the waiter but did not make the child put in headphones or turn off the show. No respect for other patrons or the wait staff who tried to stop this. So for about 1.5 of our 2 hours there we were forced to listen to it. Unacceptable behavior that should not be tolerated, especially at a fine dining restaurant. Outside of that, the local wines were fantastic and the ravioli was amazing. The ravioli portion was small though (4 ravioli). The wild boar parpadelle was alright but I was expecting more to the sauce or at least some freshly grated parmesan on top, it wasn't much more than minced meat and noodles. But it was a better portion size than the ravioli. Additionally, the noodles were overcooked and not al dente. They were so overcooked they fell apart when you picked them up. We also ordered a second course. The guinea fowl with gravy had rich flavor but was dry. The gravy made it easier to eat. The potatoes were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Service was good. Just disappointed in this experience at the price point.
