Discovered by chance last year, I returned to Tuscany this year and included it as a stop on my outbound trip. I can't say enough about the lampredotto sandwich; I simply give it a 10!!! Perfectly crunchy bread, incredibly tender lampredotto, flavorful, and topped with a mouth-watering salsa verde. The aroma as soon as you arrive lets you know you're in the right place. Every bite is an explosion of authentic Tuscan flavors. If you're passing through, do yourself a favor and stop at Lampredotto Sbranami... a must-see for lovers of authentic street food!

A pleasant discovery. Very good sandwiches, well-filled. The chickpea farinata is amazing! I haven't eaten it like this in years. Refined Val d'Orcia drinks. Don't be fooled by the spartan atmosphere. It's the best place in the area to stop for a good meal and drink!
