31/12/2024: Wonderful and fun course. Some holes are nothing short of spectacular with a view of the Borgo. The guys who welcomed us both outside and in the office were very kind. It's just a shame that it will now close for a year and a half. It will be completely redone. It's incredible that it can become more beautiful.

06/10/2024: Change of management. Now it's called Fresco. Bar with kitchen Modern environment Too bad the usual modern vice of being on the phone. An evil that is unfortunately spreading in many places Furthermore, exposing the wine bottles to the sun will quickly ruin them if they aren't already as they were almost all full with original sealing. Savory in multiple flavors but without variation of bread, only flat bread. Well filled. I bought a Scratch Card after having a savory snack and a coffee and discovering upon payment that there is a cash register for certain things (cigarettes, scratchers, etc.) and then for breakfast you have to go half a turn around the counter to pay for breakfast. It's not a good service

12/10/2024: For 2 people we spent €13 each eating a first course with chestnuts, dessert (chestnut) and drinks + coffee. The most honest prices ever seen lately. Very good quality of the product and what we ate was good. Compliments!

07/06/2025: Usually good! Sometimes they pass off old stuff. This morning's croissant could have been used as a hammer to hammer in two nails. Usually good, again! But if a small pastry (half the size of those in other bars) costs €1.50, I expect it to be good.

29/05/2025: Great surprise: finally a pastry shop with various vegan options! Unfortunately the place is very small, so since there are often (rightly) a lot of people there is little space to eat peacefully, but the croissants are really good, as is the coffee. I recommend it!

25/05/2025: Very good!! It feels like it is not worse than the ones in China! When I arrived at the store, it was crowded. The two female employees were very busy but very patient. I originally planned to eat in the store, but I had to take the train and it was too late, so I changed to takeaway. The signature syrup I ordered, how can the sweet potato mash be so fragrant? The taro balls are chewy, and the tortoise jelly has the taste that tortoise jelly should have. The girl next to me who had just finished eating on the train took out the biscuits to eat. The only thing I don’t like is the white ball, which is a bit too hard inside, but it’s purely my own taste. I will come to eat again next time I come to Florence!

22/05/2025: Fantastic desserts. Service is okay. One small request: please provide lactose free milk! It’s extremely common in Italian supermarkets and wholesale markets. Soy milk doesn’t taste as good as lactose-free milk! Plus, some of the dishes don’t even have a milk alternative among the options. It would make this place perfect!!!

05/05/2025: I'll just say that I asked for a portion of classic lasagna and I was given a portion of aubergine parmigiana. Since the prices are really very high, there should be some attention... among other things, those who had to eat the lasagna were left empty-handed since they don't like aubergines... to think that there were three of them behind the counter and only me as a customer. I won't go back.

02/06/2025: Yesterday we had a reservation at 10pm, we waited twenty minutes outside (even though there were free tables inside but not cleared) together with other people and in the company of a child who was throwing shots at the wall or at us, without giving us the slightest importance. After sitting down, we waited another 15 minutes to order. The place was completely upside down, plus the only waiter there (the other person in the room, I assume was the owner) served the tables, cleaned the tables with the product, cleared dirty glasses, all with the same pair of gloves also used to fill the pizzas, a bit unhygienic and ugly to look at. Good pizza but yesterday's context absolutely does not make you want to go back.

01/06/2025: The staff was friendly and it seemed like a restaurant frequented by many local Italians. When I went, I was seated right away without waiting, but after about 5 minutes, there was a wait for the seats to be filled. The pizza dough was really chewy and delicious. Everyone said one pizza per person, but I could only eat half and took the rest home to eat for breakfast the next day. The pizza was delicious even when it was cold... I don't think I'll ever forget it.

23/04/2025: Our first meal in Florence. We chose ravioli with cod and pasta with clams. Not too terribly friendly but a good place for a casual and healthy lunch.

05/05/2025: I went to eat pizza last night, the place is small, being mainly a takeaway pizzeria, but if you want to eat there, outside there is a small gazebo with some tables. You sit down, calmly set yourself up using paper placemats with an infinite number of pizzas written on them, I found myself spoiled for choice to be honest. The service is very fast, honestly when I arrived I saw several people waiting for the pizza, but I was surprised by how quickly they left. go away with the delivery ready. The pizza chef is quick to turn out pizzas, we didn't have time to arrive and order before the first pizzas came out steaming from the oven. I will certainly return to eat a thin, fragrant pizza full of ingredients, with lots of choice.
