03/09/2025: We were there a few days ago. The location is stunning, both for the garden and the hotel-side entrance. The friendly service is perfect for those who appreciate attentive service. They even seat you with the person who sets your chair. If your glass is empty, the waiter will come promptly. The pizza is good, but not the best I've had. The dough is easy to digest, and the ingredients deserve a 4 out of 5, so it gets a thumbs up. The desserts also get a thumbs up. The price is obviously higher than average, but it's justified by one of Florence's most prestigious locations.

24/09/2025: A sushi bar, though small in size, offers a high level of quality that has certainly won over local customers. We've eaten there several times but have also tried takeout and poke. The owners are a friendly couple who know how to take care of their customers, and the sushi man is a pleasure to watch as he prepares the dishes. 👍👍👍

01/09/2025: Terrible website management and phone contact!!! How could you not have that?! They don't let you know when they're closed and NEVER answer their cell phones! Impossible to book a table or takeout! Unacceptable in 2025!

30/10/2025: I went there with my mother. The atmosphere was noisy, the staff were very ignorant in the Florentine sense of the word... the pizza was awful.

14/10/2025: Overall, the quality of the produce has never struck me as anything special, and in fact, I rarely stop by. My last experience was a negative one with the employees. For breakfast, I had a savory piece and a sweet one. The cream puff was stale, with the cream already sour... inedible. I simply politely pointed it out to the employee who served me, who didn't care in the slightest, basically shrugged, and then didn't think to offer me another piece, or take it off my bill, or even check the quality of the rest of the cream puffs, thus leaving the unfortunate experience for the next customer.

29/09/2025: I can't answer for the dishes but the atmosphere is relaxed, the pergola very pleasant in warm weather and the view of the Impruneta square is appreciable. The dish of the day was democratic (but we didn't try it, we were there for the aperitif). An establishment clearly aimed at locals as a priority, family-friendly. In any case, if you're looking for a simple place to have a drink (simple, no big cocktails), it could be for you. Nice Spritz for 5€ - classic soft drinks for children (not organic therefore).

13/09/2025: I don't understand some of the very positive reviews. We had a Fiorentina, and you have to eat the meat rare; it's indicated on the menu. You don't see the raw Fiorentina; you only find out the actual weight on the bill. The meat was okay, but at €60/kg, you expect more. More bones than actual meat, the meat was very marbled, poorly cut, and unpleasant to eat. The side dishes were okay, but the beans were lackluster. Without the appetizer, the bill was quite high.

07/10/2025: Good! Too bad they're not clear about the prices, especially if you pay by card. They tell you €3.50, then as soon as they see you're paying by card, they charge you €3.70!!

03/10/2025: Made to order! It's all local takeout! It doesn't take long to make, but if there are a lot of customers ahead of them, you'll have to wait. It's definitely worth it! 🥹🥹 The hostess is very friendly, and the owner works really hard on the pizzas! 🤣 Although they're not oven-baked, they roll their own crust, and it's delicious! 😍Awesome! 👍🏻

12/10/2025: A varied breakfast of pastries and various desserts to take away. Excellent schiacciata! Prices are not cheap, especially for the desserts, which are sold by weight. Ample parking and a convenient stop for those heading to Vinci, Cerreto... unfortunately, if you arrive after 1:30 PM for lunch, the savory counter is not stocked with pizzas and stuffed schiacciata. (True, if you ask for a piece of schiacciata topping, they'll make it for you instantly.) Service is a bit slow!

22/09/2025: I've always had a good experience. Last time, though, I bought five pastries. Grandma's little cakes were next to the breakfast pastries with no price tag. When I got to pay, they were priced by weight, so I took them anyway. They were already wrapped, and I was disappointed. But I was definitely disappointed...

30/08/2025: Super relaxed and informal atmosphere. At work, every time we decided to eat at El Dorado, it was a great celebration. Incredible pizza and very fair prices, a great place for workers too. Truly top-notch in every way. Thanks, from a gardener and pizza lover!
