We were welcomed without a reservation and seated at an excellent table for two overlooking the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio, which was very nice; the restaurant and the view are beautiful. Unfortunately, the ravioli with black truffle did not live up to expectations. The summer black truffles are of inferior quality; we didn't taste or smell any truffle in the dish, and we ended up regretting our choice. It would have been much better if they had grated some good Parmesan cheese over the dish rather than the truffles. Outside of white truffle/Pregiata season, I recommend ordering a different dish.

Some research service. The truffle pasta could have been more intense. Very bland flavor. The location is nice, but also somewhat overrated – depending on where you sit.

One of the most beautiful restaurants I've ever been to! 😍🍷 The ambiance and the view were breathtaking! The service was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! 😋🍝 We'll definitely be back! 🫶🏻🌅

We went at my daughter's suggestion for her birthday. I didn't know it, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The rooftop terrace is accessed by entering the Hermitage Hotel. Once there, you enjoy a breathtaking view of monumental Florence. The reserved table was delightful; the space is small but well-organized. The greenery surrounding the terrace, with wisteria and jasmine, is delightful. The efficient and very kind staff presented us with a varied menu, mainly featuring truffles, which three out of four of us love, but there are also interesting and tasty alternatives. We ordered two appetizers for the four of us to share, two main courses, and finally dessert and an excellent bottle of Bolgheri presented by the expert sommelier. Leonardo, we really enjoyed the food: quality ingredients, well-balanced and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was delightful, the climate perfect, and the bill reasonable...we will definitely be back, and I recommend you try it if you want to spend a lovely evening pampered by the monuments of Florence and excellent food in an enchanting location.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I and another couple went there and we had a great time. We ate very well, the waitress who served us was very nice, the place was very elegant with a relaxing song in the background. It's a shame that the internal room is small and a bit narrow, but this doesn't change anything. It faces the old bridge with a very beautiful window where you could see the view. If we go back, we will definitely come back to eat there again!!

A wonderful situated rooftop restaurant, great food service and wine. Highly recommend!

Food is good. Service is not. It is polite, but not attentive and very slow. There are other places in Florence that go above and beyond for service. Would not return for this reason. Great food can be found elsewhere where you don’t have to constantly ask for a drink, to order, or the check.

The staff is polite and welcoming, and the drinks are genuinely good. Unfortunately, the food is a letdown; far from tasty and not worth the price. The view can be nice, but it really depends on where you’re seated, as it may be partially obstructed. My recommendation: book in advance and go just for drinks. Skip the food, it’s a waste of money and calories.

Nice restaurant with a rooftop terrace in the Hermitage Hotel, with magnificent night views of the Palazzo Vecchio and also the Ponte Vecchio, very attentive staff and good food.

It met expectations; a specialist in truffle dishes. Delicious desserts. Beautiful views.
