A little pearl in the heart of Florence

I'm on my 20th day in Europe, and the pasta here is the best. I went at 5 PM and was able to go to the rooftop without waiting. It's really amazing, and the truffle pasta noodles are delicious. The cheesecake is a work of art. This place should be listed as a UNESCO World Gourmet Heritage.

Impeccable and extremely friendly service, a wide selection on the menu, and the location and food are simply wonderful. Truffles are their specialty. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing food and location. A must go in Florence!

The best entry, popcorn with tartufo was amazing!! Gabriele the server elevated our experience, he was so kind and funny. We had an exquisite creamy chicken with black truffle and a spicy pomodoro pasta, amazing too! We all had a hugo spritz, a lemon sorbet and a cheesecake which was very creamy! The place is beautiful and so cozy, we were in the bar part in the first floor because the terrace was full, but it was sooo worth it!!! We loooved this place! I even went back already for that truffle chicken.

Milanesa was incredible 5 stars. The service was great, as well as the other dishes that we ordered.

Highly recommended. I read a bad review and I'm really disappointed because they don't deserve it. They're attentive and the food is excellent. I don't think anyone who's spoken badly about it is talking about this place at all.

Lunch at the Terrazza Tre Panche at the Hotel Hermitage was a truly special experience. The terrace, on the fifth floor and just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, offers a glimpse of Florence that's difficult to find anywhere else in the city. The view is simply spectacular: Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Palazzo Vecchio, the Badia Fiorentina, and the Duomo all appear together in a breathtaking panorama. The cuisine also lives up to the setting. We were treated to chips and truffles. We started with a delicate zucchini flan accompanied by a saffron cream, followed by excellent tagliolini with ragù and a perfectly cooked green peppercorn fillet. To finish, a creamy, truly unique cheesecake, among the best I've ever tasted. A place where the view, atmosphere, and quality of the cuisine blend perfectly. If you're looking for a terrace with an unforgettable view and top-quality cuisine, I highly recommend this. The staff is young, but attentive and thoughtful!
