Show. What a find. Aside from the friendliness of the manager, who welcomed us very well, the pinsa was fragrant and very tasty. We just went out with our two children who were licking their chops. Too bad I'm not from the area to be able to go back more often. Unbeatable quality/price.

For lovers of pizza that crackles when you chew it, it is the ideal place to eat a good PINSA. Small and informal environment, better to book. I have to thank the owner because he immediately understood my discomfort with the place he assigned us and another small inconvenience, offering us the PINSA with Nutella and pistachio. The only negative thing is that on the menu the pizza I got was marked with buffalo mozzarella but in reality it was with fiordilatte, as it was marked on the blackboard. I'm sure this is a mistake. It happens. Obviously it was too good that I forgot to say it right away.

Siamo stati sabato sera dopo aver visto uno spettacolo al teatro Verdi, posto molto carino davanti piazza dei Ciompi, locale rustico ma molto curato e accogliente; abbiamo assaggiato le pizze proposte e anche il consiglio della cameriera con il cavolo nero saltato Tutte buonissime e impasto leggerissimo, birra presa Leffe alla spina che ottimamente si abbinava alle pinse; prezzi giusti Straconsigliato 👍👍👍👍

Perfect place for pizza and dessert. A great staff that were very friendly to this visiting American. Yuri (the manager) and his kitchen people were great. I ate here three times in three days!!!

Calidad de sabor exquisita, un sitio muy recomendable sobre todo por la amabilidad del camarero, ofreciéndonos sus recomendaciones y esforzándose en hablar nuestro idioma.

Era la prima volta che ci andavo. Ambiente piccolo, ma carino. Pinsa veramente buona. Servizio veloce e efficiente.

Rien à redire pour ce restaurant spécialisé dans la pinse. En 10j. de séjour, nous avions gouté la carte complète. La nourriture y est excellente. Le service et l'ambiance au top. Le prix est abordable. L'établissement se trouve dans un quartier agréable et vivant. Une chose est sûre, nous y reviendrons. Petit bémol : la carte des vins est fait pour un palais italien.

Locale piccolo e carino che si affaccia in piazza dei Ciompi. Si mangia una pinsa molto buona, servono anche qualche interpretazione originale del piatto. Personale molto gentile.
