11/04/2024: Terrible service. Mediocre food and environment and, of course, sky-high prices. Three pizzas, three coffees, a bottle of water €40. Not recommended.

08/08/2024: We chose 2 white pizzas with raw ham and burrata and upon arriving home there was cooked ham, always check your choices before returning home.

The times lose their absolute value in favor of the festive sociality of the diners. I ate twice for lunch and dinner, different experiences, but characterized by a common element, leaving satisfied with quality, taste, price (30-40 per person but watch out for the wine, the list is rich and often leads to temptation)

17/07/2024: This is truly quality. Besides the beautiful Ritz, this restaurant definitely means quality. Food was beautifully presented and service was on point. Marco, our server surprised us with his kindness, patience and great professionalism. No doubt that we had the best. My only complaint, annoying babies on a “Michelin” recommendation restaurant. Not sure about that ! Besides the annoying noise, expect immaculate service and great food. 🙏🏼

08/07/2024: This is our 12th time in Tuscany. We love it. This is one of the unexpected finds. We were looking for a great restaurant to have a last lunch on our way from Tuscany to Bologna airport. Andreas the manager of the amazing Villa Sassolini suggested this place as one of his favourite. How fortunate we are to found this place outside Florence with a parking close by so convenient to reach. owner as well as Danielle the person that served us were breathtaking good. The best presentation of tartar making i have seen up to now. Danielle opened a very good wine to serve the two glasses we want nut when decided to upgrade to Brunello he also opened that too for us The desserts where the best of the trip. Dont miss the apple pie - don’t be fulled by the apple pit description its divine.

24/07/2024: This restaurant has a great atmosphere to it and also has the best food in all of Italy. Our waiter Gulia had a great attitude and helped us out so much. Ask for Gulia she is perhaps the best waiter here.

11/07/2024: Fantastic Just arrived back from this wonderful hotel and couldn’t wait to write a review on this place Staff are very friendly and accommodating as I expected (this is 3rd time I’ve stayed in a rocco forte hotel) and the consistency is amazing The hotel has amazing decor and really is luxurious. The location is great just round the corner from the famous dome Domeo (a must to tour if you can climb the 463 steps!) A few bars and restaurants on the doorstep that are good to try too aswell as the food and drink in their own restaurant Great outside seating area at the front of the hotel were there’s always lots to see, live singers and horse and carts going by…it really was a lovely 3 night break Recommend Nisa spa which is just a 6 minute walk from the hotel (I got a 60min full body massage for 90 euros which was wonderful)

11/06/2024: In the historic center of Borgo San Lorenzo is the bakery that renewed the tradition of what was once the Santi bakery. The choice of products is incredible in terms of variety and quality: the scones, for example, are excellent, with a special mention for the walnut ones. There is also a beautiful and delicious sweet production, with truly inviting tarts, cakes and biscuits. The staff at the counter, despite always being very busy given the large influx of customers, never lacks friendliness and speed in service.

02/03/2024: Traditional products with good quality-price ratio. Recommended are the "stone-ground" bread, the traditional "schiacciata" with oil and the cakes
