21/05/2025: After yesterday evening I can and must say that I no longer have any doubts in affirming that, if you want to eat a good Roman Pinsa in Florence, "Bianco Zero Zero" is definitely the right place! I thank so much the very nice and friendly girl who served us at the table for having convinced me to follow her advice to try the off-menu proposal, that is a Pinsa with chopped fresh tomato, buffalo mozzarella and lots of basil on top. I really devoured it in an instant because it was truly idyllic to the palate and beautiful to the sight. Thank you very much and compliments for the service and for the quality of the raw materials you offer. I fully recommend it.

04/05/2025: The place is nice but the service was absolutely disorganized. It took them a long time to come and order and bring us the cover, and at the table next to us they got the order wrong. On the other hand, the pizza arrived quickly and was very good.

31/08/2025: Nice place with friendly staff. Prices are a little high, but I'll be back for pizza since we only tried the (slightly disappointing) starters and the meat.

25/08/2025: A beautiful place. The food is very good. A family atmosphere. There's also parking, which is very convenient. A perfect place for families or dinners with friends. We'll definitely be back.

17/01/2025: We went to this restaurant for our anniversary, and I have to say, everything was perfect! The location is fantastic, on the sixth floor of the Westin Excelsior Hotel, where the 360° view of Florence offers a breathtaking panorama! Refined, top-quality cuisine. Impeccable service and extremely friendly staff. At the end of the dinner, they brought us pastries with "Happy Anniversary" written on them, which we really appreciated! It's not an "everyday" restaurant, but it's definitely one of those places I recommend trying at least once in your life!

13/04/2025: We often go on Fridays, because Daniele cooks excellent fish, but on other days the food is also very good at a very good price. The only drawback is that the place is rather small and has few tables, so if you don't book it's difficult to find a seat

01/08/2025: La Rocca at Castelfalfi is a dream come true if you enjoy masterfully prepared dishes that are composed of locally sourced ingredients and combine flavor and texture in ways you can't imagine. Chef Davide De Simone and his crew really outdid themselves with incredible combinations. Every course of the tasting menu was exceptional and creative, but the escargots and the risotto just blew us away. As always, the people make the difference, in our case Mr Jacopo made us feel at home from the minute we stepped into the gorgeous dining room. His knowledge of the dishes, ingredients and preparation techniques was outstanding, but above all he was a kind person with a captivating smile - and outstanding Spanish skills :-) Thank.you for a wonderful evening, Valeria and Daniel

03/09/2025: A visit that unfortunately fell short of our expectations. ​There were four of us, and it seemed like tables were assigned differently depending on the language we spoke. Three times in English, we were told everything was fully booked, while in Italian, we were given a table after a 10-minute wait – even though many tables remained available later on. ​The dry-aged meat was unfortunately disappointing and not of the expected quality. Furthermore, two of the ordered side dishes were served incorrectly. There was also a slight faux pas with the wine, as it was poured directly without first tasting it. ​Overall, the hospitality one would expect from such a restaurant lacked.

31/08/2025: Terrible reception. Despite the opening hours, if you arrive at 4:30 PM, you won't be greeted because the staff has to get ready. When you ask if you can get something to drink while you wait, you get a simple no. It's a shame, since we know the winery's wines and work with them. The posted hours are 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

27/08/2025: Restaurant-pizzeria (I 2 Pini...) run by volunteers, who serve well-made and tasty dishes in a kind and friendly manner...the fish is good and the pizza is good too...well done!...

20/07/2025: We ate at lunch in a Saturday. The food was excellent, we ordered crostini and the liver was excellent. As secondo, we ordered chicken which had an excellent taste and tagliata dí manzo con rozmarini which was awesome and so soft that I think we could cut with the fork😊. The atmosfere is very quiet, with soft music in background, not very loud, exactly to feel good. We will come back any time.

19/07/2025: This is the fourth time I've come to Gabriello (from Bologna) with friends to have the Florentine steak, and this time too it was a sure thing. Excellent meat and great service.

03/08/2025: Tireless staff, open every morning at 5:00, every day, always with a smile! The custard croissant is among the best I've ever had, and the Hausbrandt coffee is top-notch! It's worth making a detour to visit especially for those passing through!

10/06/2025: A hotel beautifully situated in a wooded area with a great view and well-maintained outdoor areas. A small pool, which in my opinion could have been a bit cleaner. Pool towels were an additional €5 on top of the already relatively high overnight price. The room: doesn't meet 4* standards. It was a mix of somewhat modern and dated. It was clean, but a few things were disappointing: There was no bottle of water, and despite a sign, it wasn't cleaned on the second day. A caretaker had to come to change the batteries in the door lock, and in the morning, you were woken up by the noise from the kitchen. Otherwise, the hallway was very thin and noisy. The bathroom was old, with no shelves. There was only hand soap in the shower, no shampoo. Half of the shower door was missing, which left the bathroom completely wet after showering. The restaurant: Breakfast was okay, but they stopped refilling the water after about 9:00, and the hot dishes were cold. Great view from the terrace. Dinner was good, and the restaurant is modern and stylishly decorated. Overall conclusion: OK for two nights, but we won't book it again.

21/05/2025: I stayed with my girlfriend for three nights in this fantastic property, a quiet place surrounded by nature where you can relax. Beautiful room, very clean and comfortable, really beautiful and well-kept restaurant room as well as the service. There is the possibility of renting electric bikes to take nice rides immersed in the Tuscan landscape. The swimming pool where you can sunbathe is also beautiful. Good food and very kind and friendly staff. Top location, just outside Florence.
