I had never been there under the old management, so I have no basis for comparison. Beautiful and welcoming rooms, a truly enchanting place, an oasis of peace surrounded by nature. The swimming pool surrounded by centuries-old trees is also beautiful, immediately below the Via degli Dei, reachable from the path that starts directly from there. Delicious food, the chef is super both in terms of professionalism and company. We had a really nice day... just 10 minutes from the Mugello racetrack you find yourself immersed in a mountain landscape. I recommend it to everybody.

14/10/2023: Heerlijk puur vers, veel aandacht, kleinschalig kleine kaart simpel, op de boerderij. We hebben heel lekker gegeten geen opsmuk maar vers en puur (kaas uit eigen boerderij, worst van buurman) gegaarde kip, aubergine, minestrone -zalig, wijn uit de regio (hebben we later nog doosje van gekocht ook heel lekker) en leuke simpele entourage. Aanrader voor gezellig etentje samen

07/04/2024: The food and so much goodness are too short and the service is so kind and we drink so much
05/04/2024: Dinner with my partner last night. Full atmosphere even on a Thursday evening. The food was very good despite some dangerous gastronomic vicissitudes (I must say very successful). The only demerit only if I have to find the flaw, the lack of a sommelier or waiter expert in wines. The girl had an approximate education of the type: "I tasted it good". The customer who intends to enjoy a good wine, even spending considerable sums, is left wanting. I hope it's a constructive criticism, to keep the place on a high profile like the rest of the cuisine.
