05/08/2025: I think we were some of the first to play this course since it reopened after a long closure since Covid, the pro informed us that the course was bought and reopened recently, with plans for a full refurb, course clearly no where near its prime, but you can see the works begun to restore it. 360 views of mountains. Hope to play it again someday when it’s been brought back to its former glory, it’s a challenging course no doubt about it, a lot of elevated shots, some blind dog legs. Water, asks a lot of questions. If you are playing it soon just be aware it’s been left abandoned for 6 years and works just began on it, I think it’s priced to reflect that. When we first arrived we thought it was closed down from first appearances, but getting onto the course you could see 3 green keepers working hard. I’d say it’ll be in great shape next season. Best of luck to the team there really accommodating and friendly. Former European tour course for a reason, spectacular views of the Tuscan hills, fields of sunflowers and medieval towns makes it quiet a special course that deserves the tlc its getting.

29/07/2025: I called GLAM Catering to have my wedding re-celebrated at my house the next day. They're very well organized and can adapt to any situation. The dishes were all delicious, and if you want, they'll even provide dessert, freeing you from the hassle of having to find a pastry shop. I'd definitely call them again if I needed them again.

26/09/2025: Not your typical restaurant. Over the Ponte Vecchio bridge in Oltrano on a quite little street corner, you will find one of the best restaurants in Florence. The food is authentic Florentine and I suspect mostly locals eat here. Its more like going to your familys house for dinner, not fancy but you know everything was prepared with passion and love. Our waiter Tony was excellent. He made his suggestions and we ordered everything he said. The Tripe Florentine was nothing like we were use to. No red sauce, no potatoes or peas. It was in a simple broth of onions and carrots and the best we have ever tasted. The Ribolita was also outstanding. We also had the pork chop which was tender and amazing. Tony was so kind and he even let me try speaking to him in Italian. We enjoyed the house wine. The meal was so good and Tony was so welcoming, we went back on our last night in Florence. The menu is simple and the food was delicious. If you can, stop by and see Tony and oh, take his suggestions on what to eat. We will definately go back when we return to Florence

19/11/2025: We had an appetizer, a first course, and a second course (shown in the photo), a water, and two Cokes, for €51.80. The only downside is the seating: it's near the door with the opener, and the cold is a challenge in winter. The waiters feel at home, coming and going, chatting, and joking with the cooks. Overall, the food was good, and they offer focaccia with a cover charge.

25/11/2025: I went here with my girlfriend and three friends after a long hike in the mountains. We were very hungry, and I have to say this place really satisfied our needs: not only because it filled us up, but especially because it was so good! Highly recommended.

20/06/2025: Este lugar es un excelente bar de vinos con vistas al palacio pitti, pero es mucho más que un bar de vinos. También hace comida excepcional. El menú degustación clásico con maridaje de vinos que conseguimos fue uno de los más excepcionales de la comida y vino que conseguimos en Florencia, y fue de solo 60 euros por persona. Primero vino un pequeño apaletador pre plato del paté de hígado de pollo más suave y untuoso que puedas imaginar con una salsa dulce ácida que cortó la riqueza. Luego había una deliciosa pechuga de pollo en rodajas con espárragos afeitados y una mora mayonesa fresca. Luego estaban los ravioles llenos de tripas, un giro juguetón en la tripa tradicional comida por los florentinos. Esto fue solo ligeramente Offaly, con una tierra naturalmente dulce complementada por el pesto. Por último, pero no menos importante, la tabla de queso más excepcional que he experimentado (y soy un conocedor del queso). ¿Cuántos restaurantes tienen la confianza de poner tres pedazos de queso en un plato y adornarlo con una gelatina de pera casera y detenerse en eso? Excepcional. Y sé menos de vino, pero sí sé que el vino complementaba perfectamente la comida, y el camarero nos habló del origen de cada uno de los vinos. Sobresaliente. Nos encantó. Ve a este lugar.

28/05/2025: Una experiencia fabulosa. Teníamos los vuelos de vino blanco y los platos de queso y prosciutto. Fue una experiencia muy especial. Muy recomendable si te gusta el vino. El queso y el prosciutto era excelente. Nos sentamos afuera y vimos el mundo pasar. El camarero estaba muy bien informado sobre los vinos y el servicio era excelente.
