I often go there for aperitivo on summer Fridays, when the terrace overlooking the river is lovely. They have the best Gewürztraminer I've ever had. We sometimes get takeout cured meats and cheeses, and they're good quality. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

We stopped for lunch and ordered a platter for two, everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly. The table we sat at had a view of the river. We'll definitely be back.

When I pass by for work I always stop

Good, but not great. During the warmer months, I used to visit Bar Biforco once a week, a must-stop for a platter, glasses of wine, and coffee. I don't know if it's under new management, but the last time I visited, although the quality remained the same, I found the price almost €15 higher...and yet I always ordered the same things. I wondered if they'd charged me for two platters instead of one? Maybe I was wrong not to ask, but seeing new faces, I assumed it's under new management. I don't know...but now I won't be able to stop by every week, which is a shame.

It's a bar with a shop selling traditional products, with seating inside and outside. The soothing sound of the river is a welcome treat. We had sandwiches with speck, salami, and turkey, all good for €4 each.
