16/08/2025: A small restaurant that doesn't need to shout about its elegance, but does so with understated elegance. It boasts a delightful outdoor garden and excellent dishes, including the brain and fried rabbit en cobweb, a signature dish for decades. Highly recommended; prices are fair!

14/08/2025: It's a shame because the wine list is worth it. Otherwise, the staff was polite but cold. It was a really fast lunch, with the table being cleared in installments, and the first course plates being taken away to bring the second course while someone was still eating (not that it was taking half an hour, mind you). The snails were very good, and the "gran tagliere" appetizer was a plate with three slices of prosciutto, four croutons, and two small pieces of cheese, all very, very bland. The fried food, which should be their specialty, was actually nothing special. In fact, the chicken and rabbit were very bland, and the cooking was not good, resulting in a very greasy result! Lastly, I can't stand reheated moka pot coffee. It's something I can't stand, especially at €2!

06/09/2025: Today we were invited by friends who were celebrating their golden wedding anniversary. The appetizer was excellent and plentiful. The mushroom reduction and excellent ravioli with meat sauce... The steak with baked potatoes was excellent... The mascarpone dessert... In short, everything was super. Incredible service.

06/09/2025: I went for dinner one evening with my family, and it exceeded my expectations; the place is very large and spacious, the staff is organized, friendly, and very quick with orders. We only tried the pizza, which was definitely good, but I especially appreciated the wide selection of dishes and pizzas for all tastes. The only advice I have is to enhance the exterior of the place more and add photos of the rooms on Google/the website.

16/08/2025: We stayed at the Sina Villa Medici for the better part of a week and ate multiple times while at the pool - while the service is great, the value /price ratio is just off. We live in Miami and frequent Ritz Carlton’s / W‘s there, but never payed $35 for a club sandwich. If the price point was somewhat realistic, this would be a 5 star review.

03/08/2025: What a beautiful evening I had dining by the pool in the delicious Harry's Bar at the Garden. Lapo and is staff are so contentious and caring. They really make you feel like you are Elizabeth Taylor. I loved everything- the service, the food, and the ambiance. A+++++++

The price is absolutely in line with what they offer, but the real plus of this place is the kindness of the staff—kudos to them.

18/04/2025: Luogo intimo e pulito, curato nel dettaglio anche se da fuori non si direbbe. Abbiamo chiesto delle opzioni vegane che sono state subito accolte con ricette originali srilankesi molto buone, ben presentate, e moderatamente speziate. I titolari super carini e accoglienti, all'ingresso ci siamo messe a ballare al suono della musica (era il mio compleanno ed erevamo le uniche clienti in sala). Al dolce (buonissimo e sempre cingalese) ci hanno spento le luci e aiutato con le candele. Scelta bevande da rivedere (sopratutto la lista dei vini) sia nell'offerta che nel prezzo. Consigliato per occasioni speciali!

28/08/2025: We had a truly pleasant stay celebrating our anniversary ❤️. The property is surrounded by greenery, perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The spa is well-maintained, with excellent services and truly rejuvenating massages. We took full advantage of the relaxing moments in the pool, wellness area, and treatments. The cuisine also pleasantly surprised us: beautifully presented, tasty, and with a refined touch. All the staff were friendly and helpful, always attentive to the guests' needs. In short, it was a few days of pure relaxation, well-being, and good food. It's definitely a place we would recommend and gladly return to.

17/08/2025: Nice property, but horrendous service level, fraudulent charges - can’t recommend - Avoid Stayed here in June with family as part of a wedding trip. Let’s start with the positives- room was larger than expected, the bed comfortable, and the property and pool area is quite nice. However, that’s where it ends for me. Service is not existing and one permanently thinks that staff is doing one a favor. In example, at breakfast no one will ever clean plates - after 2 hours we sat next to a mountain of plates. The pool bar is barely staffed, if one likes a drink it’s necessary to go to the restaurant, and stand 20mins in front of the kitchen and wait - and of course carry everything to the pool themselves. Could not provide ice cream for my boy - one can collect one only after 230pm. Reception staff does only the bare necessities, and especially the daytime guy is as unfriendly as it gets. Of course they are very motivated to enforce the 12 check out time. Wife had once dinner at the restaurant, had no reservation, and got the biggest s*** table inside despite on the balcony everything was empty - likely she was there with a toddler. The pool area is untidy and loungers need to be cleaned by guests. Pool towels need to be collected at the reception and no one would tell you where to find them beforehand. The property shows a lots of wear and tear and is some stuck in the 1990s design-wise. The breakfast selection is super small, even for continental standards. Coffee luke warm. Also it feels that kids are not welcome there, however they don’t have the balls to go adults only. Don’t order a taxi, they work with a taxi company (‚Franco‘) who sends unlicensed private drivers who try to rip off tourists- EUR 60 for 5 miles during the day (of course did not pay that). For the price point it’s simply not acceptable what is offered - this was the worst service level which I’ve seen in years. One pays Ritz Carlton prices but gets the value of a Residence Inn. We won’t be back, avoid this property. This is never a four star property and not worth the money. Also - they charged me for drinks which I not had, disputed with AMEX - they never provided a receipt. Says it all.
