16/10/2025: I think it's one of the most authentic and "real" places in Florence. In the midst of touristy, low-quality restaurants, the food here is truly excellent. At an extremely modest price for the quality. The pizza is one of the best I've ever eaten in my life. Thin, extremely digestible, and with a flavor that takes you back to flavors that no longer belong to this era. Every time I return to Florence, I treat myself to it... Thank you, you are special!

09/10/2025: Surreal to say the least... the place is empty on a Thursday night, and two people sit down. After ordering two entrees, one arrives, and I'm still waiting for the other... I mention this to the owner, who smiles in mock apology, and fifteen minutes after I've finished mine, the other person's arrives, and only because I mentioned it... A disgrace... this place wasn't like that... avoid it, just as I will! The price for the poor service I experienced is absolutely expensive!

20/09/2025: Excellent trattoria, very kind owners, excellent table service and kitchen service. The food is excellent, quality typical Tuscan cuisine.

19/09/2025: Totally exciting from the outside totally inconspicuous and rather uninspiring but as soon as you are inside you recognize a beautiful nice room and you can eat really well a real recommendation

06/12/2025: Located inside the market. Typical Tuscan dishes. Portions are average, but everything is really good. Get there early because they don't have many seats.

04/12/2025: Returning after a while, it's still an excellent trattoria, serving home-cooked food and traditional dishes. I especially recommend the peposo and the purée (made with potatoes). The atmosphere is family-friendly, where you can share a table and chat with complete strangers. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. It's not a tourist trap.

16/11/2025: Unfortunately, I have to change my review. Lately, the wait times have been incredibly long, just for a pizza. More than an hour seems excessive. They definitely serve people they know first, takeout pizzas, and then customers inside. The place is getting noisier and noisier. A total disappointment.

12/10/2025: I've been going to this pizzeria for years and really appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the unsurpassed kindness of the staff. I do have a point, though. After the summer, I returned and found the pita bread significantly smaller and the pizza dough different. I used to appreciate the fact that it had a Neapolitan-style crust, so it wasn't too thin; now it's thin and crustless. I hope it's just a temporary change in their internal organization, because for me, it's my go-to.

29/11/2025: Firstly, this pizza spot is absolutely gorgeous with such a great atmosphere. It was the first bite of food I had in Italy and during my second trip it was only right that I went here first! It was the same experience as the first. Delicious pizza served quickly for a phenomenal price. €9.50 for a margherita pizza that fully satisfied me with half still remaining for the next day (not to mention I’m never bloated the next day)! I loved their pesto pizza as well. Their tomato sauce is insane. My friend ordered the salame is it was fantastic. We went here 4x during our week stay lol, I hope they never close up shop!

28/11/2025: The pizza was quite good and tasty. Unfortunately, the price has increased significantly since the pandemic. Friendly service. Good, reasonably priced house wine. Excellent Chianti. Thank you.

15/09/2025: The food was delicious with generous portions. I ordered the pappardelle with wild boar and the tiramisu because I was already full 😅 Excellent ingredients. The staff was very kind and attentive.

03/12/2025: We went for a Japanese family dinner. Everything was delicious, the only small complaint being that it was a bit pricey. I highly recommend it; it was a wonderful experience.

20/11/2025: The best pizza on Isolotto! Their grilled pizzas are the bomb: fragrant, flavorful, with that addictive smoky flavor. I always stop by after work to pick one up to take home—it's become my regular stop.

04/12/2025: I often go there for business lunch. I must say that the menu varies daily, with always delicious dishes. If you're not satisfied with what's on the menu, you can always opt for a pizza. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and lunch is quickly served.

12/07/2025: Durante un reciente viaje a Florencia con mi familia, tuvimos el placer de descubrir Il Santino, un acogedor y elegante bar de vinos que rápidamente se convirtió en una de nuestras paradas favoritas. Aunque pequeño en tamaño, Il Santino ofrece gran ambiente y calidad. El interior es cálido e íntimo, con un ambiente relajado y agradable que te hará sentir instantáneamente como en casa. Está claro que este lugar es amado tanto por los lugareños como por los viajeros. La selección de vinos es excelente, centrada en vinos Italiano y especialmente toscanos, con opciones para todos los paladares. El personal fue amable, conocedor y feliz de ayudarnos a guiarnos a través de sus ofertas. Cada vino que probamos fue excelente, con maridajes bien pensados sugeridos en todo momento. Lo que realmente nos impresionó fue la comida del bar. Mucho más que una nota al margen, los platos pequeños eran deliciosos y estaban bellamente preparados. Desde carnes curadas y quesos hasta bocados de temporada, todo era fresco y lleno de sabor, perfecto para acompañar los vinos. Il Santino es el tipo de lugar al que puedes ir a tomar una copa rápida y terminar pasando la noche allí. Ya sea que seas un amante del vino o simplemente estés buscando un lugar local especial en Florencia, esta pequeña joya definitivamente vale la pena una visita.

06/04/2025: Ottima cucina con possibilità di asporto o di consumazione sul posto. Menù variegato, per tutti i gusti. Buoni i vini. Occorre munirsi di pazienza perché al bancone sono solo in due, una per la preparazione delle pietanze e l’altra per il servizio. Nei weekend è preso d’assalto e il tutto si traduce in tempi di attesa un po’ esasperati. Consigliato comunque per la cortesia e la qualità offerta!

27/10/2025: A real discovery! We spent two wonderful evenings. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable, always with a smile, by Maurizio Giuliana, the other lady (who didn't tell us her name but has an 18-year-old son), and the truly expert chef. Speaking of the food: everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. In particular, the Florentine steak is unforgettable. You can see the passion in every detail. Congratulations, we will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Although you won't easily forget us for the pleasant confusion we shared, we made a promise to return and hope we will. 16/09/2025: This is maybe even the best restaurant i have ever been to. Quality is 10/10, food + desert the best around Florence. Truffle pasta, steak, peach desert and semifreddo have really been amazing and i really can't recommend this place enough. Super nice staff, location, vibe + you can buy really good wine for a great price. We will br bqck for sure 😍😍😍😍
