I had booked a cooking class to learn how to make tortelli di patate with my children, ages 6 and 11.
We actually had a real experience, not just a cooking class. I LOVED it and highly recommend it.
They offered us a tour of the village, telling us its history, all the way to its partially ruined castle and church.
They invited my children to go to the henhouse to collect eggs, and then we got cooking.
Next came the tasting; they had taken the time to set a lovely table for us.
The produce is incredibly fresh and mostly grown on-site. The agriturismo is energy self-sufficient. This place is a little gem.
Everything was perfect. A huge thank you for your warm welcome, your generosity, and this wonderful experience. Grazie mille!!

We arrived on Friday evening at this previously unvisited restaurant in the secluded Barberino area. It's small inside but very welcoming, with a little "cave" feel. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a very friendly lady who immediately assigned us a table and had us order. While we waited, the kind waitress told us about the restaurant's history and the history of their products. Then, after a short wait, our dishes arrived. I had tortelli stuffed with Mugello potatoes and beef ragù, which I shared with a delicious Florentine steak. When the Florentine steak arrived (which we all shared), they also brought some pan-fried chard and fried vegetables. The Florentine steak was perfectly cooked and very tender. We then finished with a delicious tiramisu, which we shared between three people, because we were full. We paid around €150, a fair price for the quality. We'll be back.

Wonderful little place, surrounded by nature. It was like eating at a family home; the very kind lady who served us was very attentive to our needs and intolerances.
Excellent food, made with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, so the quality is truly excellent. Reasonable prices.
We'll definitely be back!

A warm welcome and a delightful atmosphere that made you feel right at home.
The Pici cacio e pepe were spectacular, as were the ravioli mugellani, truly delicious and prepared with great care.
Not to mention the homemade desserts, simply exquisite, and the excellent coffee served in a moka pot, a detail that harks back to true tradition.
A cuisine that perfectly blends tradition and innovation, with authentic, high-quality dishes.
A truly appreciated note: my dog was welcomed with great kindness, which we found delightful.
An excellent experience in every way. We will definitely be back!
