Antica Porchetteria Granieri 1916

07/04/2024: Couldn’t walk past this place when we saw the porchetta. Weren’t even very hungry. But we had to share a sandwich. It was amazing well seasoned and juicy pork. Beautiful fresh focaccia. It was so good in the morning that we were walking past in the afternoon and had stop and share another. The afternoon one did not live up to the morning though I think the bread was of coarse not as fresh. But what let it down I think was the person putting that sandwich together.

13/02/2024: Today I bought a stuffed Fiorentina Schiacciata: after I've tasted it I'll write the review! 9pm crush finished... EXCELLENT!! Beautifully full, soft, perfect flavor, but above all.... NO CINNAMON!!! Lately everyone is putting 🤬 cinnamon in their flatbread, but it's like cabbage for a snack. This one from Fani is truly perfect. 🔝💯 Even in the price 💲💲
