I had booked through The Fork, expecting to arrive at a "simple" restaurant. What a (very pleasant) surprise we had when we arrived at such an establishment! A magnificent building, impeccable service.
Then we entered the restaurant. A unique setting, blending Renaissance and modern styles, simply stunning. Attentive waiters who guided and advised us in the best possible way. A special mention for Francesco, who took excellent care of us throughout this delicious meal. He recommended excellent wines, and in excellent French!
And what can I say about the dishes... a unique journey, a wealth of emotions with every bite! A talented young chef!
In short, a magical evening.

03/12/2025: Good morning, I was there on Sunday, November 30th. We had appetizers and first courses, and then we ordered 1.5 kg of Angus steak. I noticed on the receipt on Monday that they charged me for the Chianina, which costs €20 more per kilo. I called them, sent them the entire receipt, and they told me I ordered the Chianina. I was very disappointed. This was their response. Thank you, check the receipt.

16/11/2025: A tiny little osteria. This season, there's only 14 seats inside in a bright space, and Francesca and Alice are attentive, efficient, and smiling, serving both humans and animals. The varied menu features traditional Tuscan fare, starting with an entrée offering pappa al pomodoro in the form of a small tartare. There were six of us, and we chose and exchanged the various dishes, all tasty and traditional, with a focus on vegetarians.
€40 per person, including a Montalcino red, water, coffee, cheesecake, and a pear in wine.
We'll definitely return, perhaps in the warmer months, when they can seat at least twenty more.

Excellent prices
11/11/2025: Views of the old convent and a large park welcome guests to this well-organized restaurant. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the menu offers a wide range of local dishes, interpreted with taste and simplicity. The wine list is excellent. An honorable mention goes to the choice of olive oil: Frantoio Franci, one of Italy's finest. Enjoy it on freshly baked bread for a truly remarkable experience!

20/11/2025: I find it unacceptable that the bill is brought to a table (a clear invitation to leave) at 10:00 PM. I've never seen anything like it.
Considering that we sat down at 8:20/25 PM, essentially, for a non-trivial expense, they gave us about an hour and a half to sit.
20/11/2025: I chose this lovely little place to celebrate my birthday with my family, and I'm glad I did.
Intimate and relaxing, with a lovely menu and good service. Recommended!

10/10/2025: The chicken meal was dry. No sauce. Not even butter. I asked for oil which I got. The French fries were weak.
I do not recommend after this experience.
Where is the Italian cooking skill.

02/11/2025: All the dishes we tasted were excellent (tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and truffle, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, Florentine steak, seadas, crema catalana, tiramisu, Sardinian myrtle).
15/10/2025: Everything was delicious, very large, we ordered pizza and a calzone, delicious, super big, a calzone for two was great.
