Each dish is meticulously crafted, with refined flavors and carefully crafted pairings. One of the things that struck me most was undoubtedly the selection of their own cured meats: homemade, unique, and refined products, some truly original and never tried before. I had the opportunity to do a tasting, and it was a surprising experience; you can taste the quality and passion behind every product. The wine list is also truly remarkable, entirely dedicated to the Tuscan region. The sommelier explained the restaurant's philosophy and the research carried out on local wines with expertise and passion. 25/05/2026: A charming place nestled in the Florentine hills. My partner and I had a wonderful time and the food was divine. We chose the tasting menu with food pairings. The staff was young but very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was perfect.
