We had an amazing pasta making class at this place. We made parpadelle and ravioli and learned a lot about the history of pasta making from Rafaelo. And the tiramisu we made as a group was just out of control Good. Best we’ve ever had.

Cooking class at this restaurant. Exceptional, with a chef who speaks incredible French! You cook, you eat, and you taste the perfect wine pairing! A must-do, and I'll definitely be back! A superb experience!

We had a wonderful class with the passionate and knowledgeable Kevin. He was fantastic in his explanation of cooking and culture. He was patient, professional and very fun. The pasta, sauce and tiramisu was delicious. We have learnt some amazing skills we will take with us into our home kitchen. Thank you Kevin!!

Great cooking class! We had a lot of fun and made delicious pasta. Our teacher Solomon was very encouraging and answered all our (many) questions in detail. At the end, we were provided the recipes to make at home!

Amazing place.

Discovered this wonderful place through a cooking class there. Had absolutely one of the best experiences with chef Kevin and his brother Ani. Very pleasant and courteous and knowledgeable about the food. You can tell how passionate they are about the food and how much they care about how it's made and tastes, and it tasted amazing! Anytime I will be in Florence I will make it a point to come back.

I had a wonderful lunch at La Carbonata Del Porrati today. Delicious carbonara pasta and mista salad served with tasty focaccia. I regret, to the disappointment of myself and the gentleman who served me, that I was unable to finish all of my lunch and travel plans meant I couldn't take the delicious leftovers with me. The food is delicious, portions very generous, and service very kind. Apologies to your grandmother, and I hope to return again, with an empty stomach, and clean my plate!

We visited in September, and it was our very first dinner in Florence. The staff were made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was amazing so it is a must go to restaurant when in the city. We ordered the steak and couldn’t resist savoring every bit off the bone, it was really that good. A truly memorable first dinner in such a beautiful city!
