Is the food good? ...If we could have understood it... the portions are really small, you can't give a single portion of fish at that price... not to mention the first course, you can't bring a handful of rice. Truly embarrassing. What a shame!

This seafood restaurant in the Campo di Marte area of ​​Florence is a delightful surprise. The atmosphere is simple yet refined, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The menu is obviously seafood-focused, with dishes typical of seafood trattorias, but very well prepared and tasty. The seafood risotto is truly excellent, as are the traditional Viareggio tagliatelle alla trabaccolara, and the mixed fried fish and vegetables are truly exquisite; crispy and dry, very well done! The price is in line with the type of restaurant, so it's definitely worth it; the quality/price ratio is certainly excellent. We'll be back!

A very romantic place where you can eat excellent, high-quality fish. Simple but well-prepared dishes. The cod and pasta dishes are excellent. Lorenzo, the owner, is very kind and helpful. A must try.

19/05/2026: Highly recommended! My family and I (5 people) had dinner there, and we were amazed by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. The octopus 🐙 with mashed potatoes was exquisite. The pasta 🍝 was also delicious, with generous portions (which is exactly what we were looking for). The house wine 🍷 and limoncello were delightful. We had high hopes and left very happy. There's not much more to say. Thank you to the entire staff for giving us an incredible last dinner in Florence. 🙌🏾👏🏾
17/05/2026: Since we're not local, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and had a wonderful meal. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it's also suitable for families with children. I highly recommend it.

06/05/2026: I loved it. As a tourist, it's sometimes hard to find a friendly smile and a welcoming atmosphere in big cities. Here, they did just that, and all it took was a quick coffee and a snack. The place is divine, without kitschy decor or a cheap tourist vibe; everything is in order and harmony. Three generations run this friendly and top-notch little shop. We'll be back. (Added later) We returned, and it was as good as we imagined. Homemade paninis, smiles, special attention to children and babies (not so common in traditional, stylish places), we enjoyed recommended wines, and a chocolate crunch dessert that made my mouth water. And if I told you we paid half of what you'd get ripped off at any tourist trap…you wouldn't believe it. DON'T MISS IT!!!
19/04/2026: We were recommended to stop here for lunch, by our guide. Lots of tasty options to eat and drink, well priced and handy for lunch.
