Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with deep, rich flavor—you can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. The balance of the sear on the outside with the juicy, melt-in-your-mouth interior was unreal. It’s one of those dishes you don’t forget. If you’re in Florence and even remotely appreciate a great steak, this is a must. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Italy.
