04/10/2025: The waitress was excellent. The cold cuts were good, and there were 8 crostini in the mixed antipasti. The fried porcini mushrooms were excellent. The tagliolini with mushrooms were delicious. I didn't really like the profiteroles.

The staff was attentive, always attentive to our needs without being intrusive. The food surprised me with its freshness and meticulous preparation, with balanced flavors and exquisite presentation. Everything arrived on time, which made the visit enjoyable. You can sense the passion they put into their creations, and that makes all the difference. I found the prices reasonable. A perfect place to visit again.

29/08/2025: Perfect location with a small parking lot, a very welcoming outdoor area surrounded by greenery, and a cuisine with many dishes and a great variety, very tasty! Highly recommended, it puts you in a good mood.

18/09/2025: As a self-confessed stuffed potato lover, I couldn't miss this spot, nestled in the heart of one of my favorite neighborhoods in Florence. The atmosphere is chill, though it could be a little more lively, but the owner—who also serves as host—is friendly and sharp, and immediately puts you at ease. And then straight to the main event: potatoes. Plenty of choices, though a Fontina cheese on the menu would definitely be a good fit 🔥. The portions are generous: I went for the Cinta Senese sausage with stracchino cheese, which enveloped my palate like a warm hug. Perhaps the ingredients were a bit too solo, not 100% blended. I also tried the one with bacon and Gorgonzola, which is decidedly bolder, ideal for those who want a heavy, uncompromising flavor.

03/06/2025: I tried the raw Cinta Senese sausages, which they only serve on Fridays: exceptional. An interesting alternative to the classic restaurants. Highly recommended

19/10/2025: There was a wide variety of wines and the explanations were easy to understand, but the receptionist, a Scandinavian woman with glasses, had the worst attitude. Crushing up the receipt and throwing it at me is unacceptable.

02/10/2025: In the heart of Parma's historic center, just steps from the Duomo, this tiny bistro has carved out a space in an almost hidden alley. A modern and minimalist location with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. It loses a little privacy due to the closeness of the tables, but it doesn't clash with the concept and the setting. First-rate cleanliness. Appropriate table setting. A typical bistro menu, with limited but well-conceived choices: eclectic, innovative, and unique yet harmonious and balanced cuisine that never loses its roots in Emilian tradition. The roast duck breast beef is exquisite, accompanied by crispy brioche cubes with figs and well-balanced by a rice vinegar marinade. The Pan 20 focaccia is superb, a blend of crunchiness, fragrance, and flavor. Highly digestible. The sbrisolona with zabaglione cream is sublime. Excellent selection of flours and dough preparation. Attentive and courteous service, never intrusive. The portion sizes are adequate and average. Carefully and tastefully presented. No flaws in any single course. Bill: reasonable. This site isn't for everyone's budget, but the quality of the ingredients, the courses, and the pairings raise the bar and fully justify the reasonable Q/P. Overall, the cuisine is the jewel in the crown: rooted in local tradition, yet innovative and varied. Dishes are crafted with taste, passion, and skill. I like the restaurant's philosophy, and the level of service is excellent, worthy of a five-star rating. An uncommon experience. Recommended site.

13/09/2025: A jewel of a place with dream service.... How can I describe this delightful restaurant? Let's start with the service: attentive, courteous, and never intrusive. A host who loves his job and conveys this love in his descriptions of the dishes. The dishes... what more can I say... We tasted various dishes... from Fassona steak tartare to fried meat, including wonderful appetizers and homemade butter... places like this are rare!!! Congratulations!!!!!

06/10/2025: 1.2kg T-bone steak, medium rare Salad Aglio olio pasta Half a bottle of house wine One bottle of water €80 All the servers were friendly. It was my first time eating Italian T-bone steak, but the meat was tender and satisfying.
