A little gem! We came in quite late just looking for a bit of a snack before calling it a night, the owner(?) was very friendly and made us a great meat platter and some spritz. Really relaxed atmosphere and if we had been staying in Florence for longer we would have visited again!

A lovely gem in Santo Espirito, we were so glad to stumble upon it whilst on a stroll in the neighbourhood. It’s very close to the much busier piazza Santo Espirito, but with a much cosier atmosphere. The food was very nice, and the people that run were so nice and close to everyone there, it really made you feel part of that area of the city. I would highly recommend it to anyone wandering around the southern part of the city and wanting a very nice bite and a glass of wine.

My first experience with A Crudo occurred during an Eating Europe food tour in 2024, and it was truly love at first bite. This year, I had the pleasure of returning and sampling even more dishes. Each one was delicious!!! Thank You for the great food and great service.

17/07/2026: We stopped by for a quick lunch while getting off the highway. Everything was impeccable; we had a fresh and tasty salad. The service was quick and friendly! The desserts also looked particularly delicious, although we didn't try them. We'll gladly return 🥰
14/07/2026: Extremely friendly staff, even for a modest drink, plenty of free parking nearby, and a clean place.
