Vignamaggio is delightful. Our group did a wine tasting and loved each variety we tried. Yolanda was excellent and knowledgeable about the region and wines we sampled. Highly recommend!

Yolanda hosted us for a wine tasting - she was extremely knowledgeable regarding the history and the process of creating the wines. Fantastic hostess absolutely elevated our experience and went above and beyond to make sure our larger group was accommodated on short notice. The venue itself was fantastic, the wine was great, and I highly suggest visiting and experiencing this for yourself.

Vignamaggio Farmhouse is more of an experience than a restaurant. The rooms are elegant and well-maintained. Tastings are also available in separate rooms. The dining room is very beautiful and there is also a covered terrace. The food is excellent, and the ingredients are seasonal. The menu consists of a fixed price and a variable portion as a "proposal of the day." There are also off-menu options. The service is prompt and courteous. An experience definitely worth repeating.

This is our second time here at La Fattoria on Vignamaggio, one of the sister estates of Babylonstoren, and the food remains excellent. We have visited almost all the Babylonstoren locations over the years, from the Netherlands to South Africa, and the standard is just as high everywhere. Our first visit here was a fantastic experience, dining outside with a breathtaking view of the vineyards. A big plus: we always travel with the kids, and at all the Babylonstoren restaurants they are really good with small children. It is one of the few places where you can eat excellently and just take your kids with you. I highly recommend it. This second visit was just a little disappointing. We are on holiday and wanted to sit outside for the view, but everyone is just sitting inside. On top of that, I ended up at a table that was against a concrete pillar, so my view was literally the concrete pillar. The kids wanted to play outside, and I asked if we could eat outside, but that was not possible at all. We could only enjoy our wine outside, so after dinner we sat outside with our bottle of wine. The food and hospitality remain top notch, but having everyone seated inside without the option to eat outside made the experience just a little less than we had hoped.

A stunning spot with fantastic food at very affordable prices. Can’t recommend this place enough! The soffio di pane dessert was a particular highlight!

Suffering from growing pains. The lady at reception was very kind. The restaurant was empty, I didn't understand why they said it would take half an hour. And they looked like they were in the restaurant. I didn't understand. More than 50 empty seats. But anyway, I ate a sandwich at the café. It was good. Wonderful bread. It has potential.

While traveling along the Chianti Route, I made a quick stop for a tasting/direct sales. Inside, everything was very modern and well-presented. The shop offered wine, oil, and delicacies for purchase, and the service was very friendly and unobtrusive. I didn't visit the hotel or restaurant. The location certainly benefits from its position on the road just past Panzano and is definitely worth a visit. The wine was very good, at least to my taste. I'm taking a few bottles home with me.
