Bianchina is Italy, Tuscany and a few notes of Sardinia. I loved the warm and professional welcome from the whole team. The menu is generous and the dishes tasty. I loved the Florentine tripe, the authentic pizzas and the wood-fired grills. The service is attentive and professional. An address that I will not forget. Dopo una bella coda e un po’ di tempo fermo, si è fatta l’ora di pranzo, visto l’uscita Impruneta , esco per trovare un posto dove pranzare. La Bianchina ha un grande parcheggio davanti a pagamento, quindi comodo per poter fermarsi tranquillamente. Entro dentro e il cameriere mi fa accomodare molto gentilmente . Dal menù scelgo un primo di riso al volo perché non ho molto tempo, sapendo che di solito ci vuole per il riso, allora chiedo anche dei crostini di fegatino. Servizio velocissimo, crostini arrivati in 1 minuto e appena finito mi arriva subito anche il primo, top per chi ha fretta. Comunque parliamo del cibo, crostini di fegatini, non mi hanno fatto impazzire( mangiabili) il riso buono. Ho visto diversa gente prendere la carne, me mi ricapita di fermarmi di nuovo, provo, anche perché ha un menù vario. Saluti.

Graziosa osteria con personale gentilissimo e accogliente . Mio marito e mio figlio hanno preso il menù completo a 35 euro e sono rimasti soddisfatti dalla qualità e anche dalla quantità . La Fiorentina si scioglieva in boccia . Per l’altro bambino penne al ragù, deliziose . Io ho optato per una costata di manzo e insalata mista . Buona e morbida .
