01/03/2025: Attentive and good food at a good price.

28/02/2025: We stayed 5 nights in Florence and apart from the local cuisine, this restaurant was our go to, we were literally there everyday for at least a meal. Their spicy chutney was awesome, and love all their dishes, we tried mutton rogan josh, mutton Karahi, mango chicken curry, mutton do pyaza. These dishes were great. Have them with chai like me, or Kingfisher like mu hubby, and have a great day exploring the city. We will definitely go there when we are in the city again.

04/03/2025: Unique environment, my home kitchen is bigger, welcoming, intimate, friendly! Wonderful food, I would have tasted everything, good and genuine, from the appetizer, to the rabbit penne and the peposo... exquisite and then the desserts.... The flask of wine took me back over the years.... the glasses, each different from the other like the dishes. The cutlery? If you're missing one, open your coffee table drawer and take it! Do we want to talk about mocha coffee? Highly recommended!!

22/03/2025: Best steak ever! I was simply blown away. The meat was perfectly cooked, perfectly tender and incredibly flavorful. Each bite melted in my mouth, leaving a smoky and succulent aftertaste that made me want to never finish the plate. The cooking was impeccable: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with that perfect balance of succulence and flavor that only a high-quality steak can provide. In addition, the accompanying sides and sauces were equally delicious, completing a truly exceptional gastronomic experience. If you are a meat lover, you absolutely cannot miss this steak. I will definitely be back to enjoy it again!

22/01/2025: Marco che dirti, innanzitutto grazie mille. Ospitalità, cordialità, consigli e raccomandazioni, tutto PERFETTO! Partiamo dai vini, anzi no, atmosfera e welcome caldi e avvolgenti. Vino: poesia in bottiglia, 2 consigli su 2 apprezzatissimi! Antipasto misto in condivisione, materie prime di livello e tipiche della zona, esaltate sapientemente e senza corromperne il gusto, anzi! Primo piatto in condivisione: Scrigni cacio, pepe e tartufo con un po’ di pera che dava una nota dolce al piatto..un altro 10+! E poi il trionfo su tavola: La Bistecca Fritta! Un must di questo locale che lavora la carne da maestro! La recensione la stiamo facendo prima del dolce e del conto ma ormai è chiaro: Qui non si mangia, si volaaaaaa! Continuate così e grazie ancora per l’esperienza memorabile! Ps anche tantissime scelte di dolci e piatti senza glutine

14/02/2025: We visited this café twice. The first time, I had the Florentino Benedict, and the second time, I tried the avocado toast. The first dish was better, while the second one I enjoyed less. However, both the coffee and juice were perfect. This is the first place in Florence where I found a really good flat white☕️!

The 7-course tasting menu was an absolute masterpiece, each dish filled with flavor, expertly crafted, and showcasing the freshest seafood imaginable. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and dedication to quality, surpassing those so-called Michelin-rated restaurants. One highlight that cannot be missed is their raw seafood selection. The freshness and quality are unparalleled, offering a truly authentic taste of the sea. If you have the chance, do not pass up the opportunity to indulge in this exceptional offering. Beyond the incredible food, the service was equally outstanding. The staff were warm, welcoming, and passionate about ensuring a memorable experience. Their hospitality made the evening even more special. This place is a true hidden gem in Florence. Do yourself a favor and take a break from the bistecca. If you appreciate authentic, perfectly executed Italian seafood, this restaurant is an absolute must visit.

20/03/2025: Artichokes and cuttlefish, kind and very good welcome. Amazing crudités, oyster, red manzancolla, sea lemon, exceptional sea urchin and scampi. Delicious crab and truffle risotto. Scampi and truffle carpaccio, you couldn't stop eating it. Cuttlefish with white wheat flour, I even mopped it up. And what about the schiacciatine di assompagnento? It's then an excellent glass of Passerina, a glass of Recioto and an unexpectedly exciting sage and lemon liqueur. And on top of all this, the courtesy of the young waitresses, very professional and kind. And the exquisite courtesy of the owner. A place from another time. I hope to return soon ❤️

The environment is small, but pleasant and before going I had read the review of a previous guest who complained about being asked to leave the table too early... If I could I would reply that sometimes it is better not to reveal yourself for what you are and try to remain silent.😅 If they have few spaces it is normal that you cannot park there all evening!

14/02/2025: Made an account just to post this review, just attended for lunch, splurged on the chef experience and wow, wow, wow. Amazing service and amazing cooking, they were awesome and very accommodating, seemed to figure out our tastes just by observing and provided some amazing dishes. So happy I went and so happy to have this as my first two star Michelin experience. Bravo to this team. They run an incredibly tight ship.
