13/01/2026: Fantastic pasta-making course at Ristorante Rosso Crudo! The class was fun, well organized, and very hands-on. The teacher was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through making fresh pasta from scratch and sharing great tips along the way. Everything was explained clearly, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. Eating the pasta at the end however was not good as during the making of the pasta pepole were rubbing there noses and coughing in to their hands. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Italian food or wants a unique experience.

The atmosphere is more than pleasant. The service lacks any warmth or empathy. The only flaw is that the price is absolutely proportionate to the quality.

06/03/2026: I’m so glad my hotel staff in Firenze recommended this restaurant—it was truly an excellent suggestion, and we feel lucky to have discovered it. The chef prepares seafood dishes with perfect flavor, from spaghetti and risotto to zuppa, tartare, and even desserts. Piccola Corte completely changed my view of risotto and tortino al cioccolato; perhaps I had never tried a truly good one before, but now I know how outstanding they can be. We loved it so much that after dining here for dinner, we returned the next day for lunch. This is without doubt the best restaurant of my trip in Italy. 😍❤️❤️

06/03/2026: I had dinner with my girlfriend and we had a wonderful time! We ate everything based on fish: appetizers, first courses, and second courses were all excellent. The fish was not only incredibly fresh, but also beautifully cooked. Compliments to the chef, he was extraordinary! The attentive, friendly, and professional staff were also excellent! Highly recommended!!!

27/02/2026: Marvellously delicious food, unbelievably good pasta, fresh, al dente, made at the restaurant, with phenomenal wild boar ragu. A soup that gives the vibe of being at home. Friendly service. Also a good spot to have a quiet time sheltering from the bustling streets. 100% recommended

01/03/2026: We arrived at Benzina on a Sunday at 1:30 PM without a reservation, a group of 16 people coming off a game. Benzina welcomed us warmly, and the food was top-notch. Authentic Mugello cuisine at reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back, perhaps booking in advance.

25/01/2026: Nice setting as a library. Great books including one I had never seen before, a book of receipes from Paul Bocuse, almost only with pictures and almost no text. And they certainly read it because the amuse bouches with a lentil mouse recovered with strawberry jam were very nice, the avocado/octopus roll was very good and then the monkfish with Jerusalem artichokes was great. And the get up chocolate mouse with a gelée of pear was top.

10/03/2026: We were recommended this restaurant for a taste of authentic Tuscan cuisine, and we ended up going there two nights in a row. Their ribolitta is very tender and has a pleasant, light flavor, and the baked potatoes and onions are excellent, pairing perfectly with their meat. Unfortunately, we weren't sure we could handle their signature T-bone steak, so we tried the veal T-bone steak. The flavor and aroma are simply amazing, and the meat is very tender, making it the perfect portion for one person. I really wanted to try an authentic Italian carbonara, but once we got to the restaurant, it turned out it wasn't on the menu. The waiter said he could ask the kitchen staff, and I ended up with my perfect carbonara (it's a little salty, but it doesn't interfere with the flavor). The consistency of the sauce and the doneness of the spaghetti were exactly what I expected from an Italian carbonara. The tiramisu was delicate with a light coffee flavor. Incredibly welcoming, yet not overly intrusive, service. All staff are willing to help and explain the menu in detail. We had a minor mishap, but thanks to the waiters' calm and helpful response, the situation didn't become awkward, for which I'm very grateful. Reservations recommended

13/01/2026: 🙀🥺😭 I celebrated my graduation party here. The evenings overall aren't bad: the atmosphere is unique and is definitely the venue's strong point. Unfortunately, however, the event organization was truly terrible. Communication via WhatsApp was difficult and unclear, and during the party, it was impossible to speak to the staff due to the loud music. The organization definitely needs rethinking. The food was disappointing: the pizza wasn't good, and the only decent thing was the coccoli appetizer. The biggest disappointment was the cake: I chose it based on their catalog and the photos they sent me, but I received a different cake than the one I had agreed upon. I reported the error in the questionnaire I received by email (because they value customer feedback to help them improve), but no one contacted me to apologize or clarify the error. The cake wasn't to our liking and hardly anyone ate it, so I wasted €60, not to mention ruining the party dessert I was expecting. I didn't cause any controversy during the party because I wanted to have fun and enjoy the moment, but I was very disappointed. For important events like a graduation party, where only one person pays and organizes everything in advance, I wouldn't recommend this place. My answer: Your brochure clearly shows an image of a raw cheesecake: you don't have to be a pastry chef to understand that. That's precisely why, seeing that photo, I expected a raw cheesecake. What was delivered to me was different from what I ordered, so the error is objectively yours. Even more serious was the response: no apology, no offer of a refund or solution, but an attempt to shift the blame onto me by saying that "I expected something else." Faced with such an obvious mistake and a completely indifferent attitude toward the customer, I've decided to downgrade my review. The photo speaks for itself, as does your behavior.

12/01/2026: Probably the worst dinner of my life, and not because of the food, which was also good. I came for dinner with my friends and found myself in a nightclub. The DJ set in the room was dubious, the sound system was louder than any nightclub I've ever been to. I couldn't even talk to the person next to me. I screamed all night, trying to get out of there and barely knowing how my friends were doing. I tried asking the staff to turn it down, but they told me there's always music but they'd try to ask them to turn it down, but that's about it. The music got even louder throughout the evening. It was a horrible experience, a tortured dinner. It felt like a tourist resort, trashy Italian music and neomelodic music. Yet I went on a Sunday night, I can't even imagine a Saturday. I left with bleeding ears. (P.S. there's only one toilet in the bathroom, and there are no signs or signs differentiating between the sexes.)

01/03/2026: Very few times have I been welcomed into a restaurant with such a warm and friendly atmosphere. My compliments go to the entire staff, who made us feel completely at ease during a wonderful lunch. As for the cuisine, there's no need for words...top-quality ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. Completing the experience is an extensive wine list and a typically Tuscan location with a picture-perfect view. Think that's too glowing a review? Try it and believe it!

13/01/2026: I came here for the breakfast part of my bed and breakfast. Atmosphere here on this cloudy morning through their skylight is top notch. The morning buffet was excellent, everything tasted amazing. The barista, Mika, making the drinks was very kind and happy. The ambient music was all perfect.

28/02/2026: A beautiful family owned restaurant nestled in the charming village. We had the house red (fantasticc!) and pasta. Pici with tomato sauce, tagliatelle with Tuscan ragu and the pasta with the duck sauce were all incredible. We’ll be coming back again for another meal hopefully many more

07/01/2026: A gem in the historic center of town. When you enter, you feel right at home. The decor perfectly matches the local style. The atmosphere is warm and the staff are extremely friendly. There were four of us for lunch. We shared two Tuscan appetizers, and then each had a main course with a side dish. Everything was simple and delicious. For my main course, I opted for the wild boar stew, which was truly exquisite and, above all, incredibly tender. For wine, I chose a local Chianti Classico. You have to be careful with the wine list, as not all the wines on the list were actually available, and some of those were from different vintages than those listed. However, I still give the service 5 stars because the waiter handled the situation admirably. Excellent value for money. I recommend it and hope to return soon.
