22/05/2026: Today I ate 1 panini (normal bar size) + 1 medium beer + 1.50 cover charge = €17.50....never again. In Florence Antico Vinaio makes triple panini for €8....shameful. AVOID

19/05/2026: I just had dinner here! We had delicious soup of the day, Sienese ravioli with cod and octopus. Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and courteous, highly recommended.

19/07/2026: Went for brunch with my partner everything was perfect. Had a delicious salad and French toast. The French toast was the best we have ever had 11/10. The staff were the most welcoming, so friendly, chatty the whole experience was a VIBE would absolutely recommend - especially if you need a little break from the pizza and pasta hehe x

27/02/2026: Marvellously delicious food, unbelievably good pasta, fresh, al dente, made at the restaurant, with phenomenal wild boar ragu. A soup that gives the vibe of being at home. Friendly service. Also a good spot to have a quiet time sheltering from the bustling streets. 100% recommended

And then those prices; you think you're paying top dollar at a location like this, but nothing could be further from the truth. Very normal prices, even cheaper than what we are used to. It was all delicious.

15/05/2026: One need not waste superlatives. From start to finish, the experience was impeccable. The food was plentiful and consistently wonderful. The suggested wine pairing delightful. But the service... we genuinely don't know how one could improve this experience. This was an unabridged, unashamed classical fine dining experience.

30/04/2026: First I'd like to say that I have not gotten a chance to eat this restaurant. But I doubt if I will ever. I followed the instruction and made a reservation at the Fork, and was asked to pay a deposit Euro120. I was told by the restaurant I can cancel for free 24 hours+. Due to flight cancellation, I have no choice but to cancel everything I booked for Italy. I cancelled via TheFork, but received no response about the refund. I contacted the restaurant directly via email and inquired and requested to refund my Euro120 deposit. They wrote back to me and said "I confused them" as I made reservations in 2 platforms. I replied and told them that I only made ONE via TheFork, and shortly after I received an email confirmation voucher from Fissalitavole. The staff at Gune insisted that it's my fault that I made rez on 2 platforms, and they will inform Fissalitavole to do the refund. I waited a week, nothing! Then I contacted Fissalitavole directly and the COO replied and said refund is just done. He said it may take upto a week to see the refund. Today is the 4th day....no sign of it. Oh well.... This type of business practice is not just unethical, but it truly shows what type of restaurant / business really is about. The way they accused me, no appology, and needless to say, where is my money??? Gladly I have my credit card protection, but it is still upseting..... THINK BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!

21/05/2026: If you're stopping in Florence, go there for a pizza. The owner does all the cooking himself, in a wood-fired oven. It's the kind of place where you really connect with people. You just have to wait a few minutes outside because there's no seating.

13/07/2026: Eight dishes and a bottle of wine for €60 per person is never a bad deal. When you factor in the creativity, the hard work and the creativity in the food - it becomes a bargain. 慢工出细活 - slow work yields fine products. Sous vide chicken tempura, an unbelievable burnt onion and liquorice linguine (🤯), insanely tender veal tongue. Some really incredible dishes. Food made with love, where you can feel the passion Gabriele has for proper cooking. This place makes a welcome break from traditional trattoria or osteria cooking. This is the kind of spot I’d visit first day every time I come back to Florence and will recommend to every person who visits.

03/06/2026: Pasta is the greatest thing here. Carbonara here is just perfect. Atmosphere is really nice there, they even got their own wine which is really great and the service is really helpful, kind and quick!

02/06/2026: One of the best experiences I had in Florence. The place is very typically Italian and avoids the current concepts of being Instagrammable. With authentic cuisine, bread to savor the dish until the very end. The dessert was also delicious, we will definitely be back! Everything was perfect.

Katia was very nice and very funny. the food is incredible, like eating at an Italian's home. we recommend it and it's definitely one of the reasons why we want to go back to Tavarnelle. what we can recommend is veal with mushrooms and truffles, carbonara, bisteka Fiorentina, tortellini, everythink. 18/05/2026: Here I had an experience I no longer hoped to find outside of Japan. The staff is all Japanese, and the service is professional. The menu doesn't just feature the usual fare, but Japanese specialties with exquisite, authentic flavors, not adapted to Western tastes. Cuore was the only Japanese restaurant where I was reluctant to leave, wanting to prolong the experience.

27/04/2026: I have been there several times, high quality but sometimes a shortage of products, even the last time I was there many raw materials were missing from the menu and for a restaurant of a certain level I find it hard to accept
