We came on a recommendation and absolutely loved the experience. Ask for ALDO, he understands Portuguese perfectly and treated us with great kindness. The food was wonderful, we ordered carbonara and Florentine steak. Everything was perfect 👏🏼

It was an incredible experience, both the service and the food. We were served by Aldo, who speaks Portuguese and made us feel at home. The pasta carbonara, Florentine steak, and tiramisu were a 1000/10! We simply loved it.

Le Cappelle Medicee is one of my favorite places to eat in Florence! The staff is wonderful, attentive, and generous. Vilma and Leo always take such good care of my friends and family. The sage and butter ravioli is my favorite! I have gone back 7 times throughout my stay and always love coming back!

Absolutely great place! Delicious food, warm, welcoming and very friendly staff, make sure to try their tiramisu, it is simply divine! Do not miss a shot of limoncello on the ice, too ;) 12/10, hands down

The best place in Florence! The food is delicious! The service is warm and Italian, and the hostess comes out to greet guests, which leads to pleasant, friendly conversation!

Be sure to try the best truffle or rabbit ravioli in Florence! I always go back with friends, and everyone raves! Vilma is an incredibly hospitable hostess, I highly recommend her.

12/08/2026: If I could give the service here 100 stars, I would. Everyone was friendly, attentive, witty, happy to be there! Big thanks to the whole team. We felt so very welcomed there. And the food! The view!! What a memorable evening. Get anything with truffles and don't skip the dessert. The drive up the hills is more than worth it. Top top top restaurant!!!
