26/06/2024: My family and I went there two days in a row. The first day we were trying to escape the noise and the crowds and we run into this place really by chance. Grabbed coffee and some drinks, stayed there for a couple hours. I don't understand why the place was so empty. It's modern, the waiters are really nice, quiet, and they don't rush you to drink up to leave room for the next people as it has happened to us in other places in Florence. We decided to come back next day for lunch. The menu is rather short, but everything was good and portions were fair. We would come back if we could!

24/01/2024: not recommendable. The prices are high, and if you order takeout, they charge you extra for cutlery and napkins (which, by the way, we didn't ask for or need). The coffee wasn't good and it was cold. €5 for a slice of simple sponge cake. There are better places in Florence.

24/06/2024: Cucina tipica toscana senza tanti fronzoli...una trattoria vera come quelle di una volta! Salumi e formaggi buonissimi primi piatti fantastici!!! Personale gentilissimo e rapporto qualità prezzo top!!!! Vasta scelta di vini locali!!! Complimenti

21/05/2024: We happened across this restaurant while trying to find somewhere to eat on a Monday evening. And what a find. Fantastic service, fantastic food and a lovely local and traditional feel to the place. Their Tuscan cold meats were amazing as were our pasta and steak mains. If you are a true carnivore and have a large appetite, go for their florentine steak. You get a huge slab of T bone with loads of trimmings. Highly recommended

13/07/2024: The food and service at this restaurant were excellent! We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next day specifically for their delicious beef cheek dish. I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine.

22/08/2024: Super delicious pastries, tarts and sandwiches, great caffè and super friendly owners, really enjoyed having an Italian breakfast there every morning!

28/07/2024: The management has changed. The new owners are very kind and welcoming. The prices are in line with other bars but the portions (sweet/savoury) are very generous. I recommend an aperitif with a platter (pizzas, stuffed focaccia, chips...). Nothing fancy but certainly very good. Personally I found the place very clean despite entering close to closing time.

27/09/2023: Waren zum Abendessen dort. Muscheln als Vorspeise und dann Pizza. Beides frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Getränkepreise waren sehr günstig. Bei Ambiente u Atmosphäre leider einen Punkt Abzug, da der Wintergarten sehr hell und hellhörig war… Personal war freundlich.

29/06/2024: We ate some very good desserts with fruit, chocolate… and then we ordered a cake for my birthday with strawberries and chocolate, it was very good. The environment isn't very peaceful but it's fine.

22/06/2024: The place was closed even though the times on the internet indicated it was open. The opening-closing time slots are not even shown on the door

09/07/2024: We had a nice table in the outside ara and I ask the gentle waitress to bring us what se liked better. This has been the great idea. She came with lots of so good food , nice little plates of tasty italiab specialities. We also had fantastic raviole and a tasy sliced steak so beautifully dressed. We loved this place

05/08/2024: Ogni volta che vado a Firenze non manca mai un aperitivo in questo elegante locale. I mini panini sono tutti da provare: squisiti! Carta dei vini ricca ed interessante.

21/01/2024: Il cibo è ottimo, non elaborato e per gli amanti della tradizione. Non eravamo mai andati ma siamo stati trattati come clienti abituali da Simone. Simone è il plus. Fra i tavoli Zelig va in scena ogni sera. Andateci. Ribollita è una fra.le migliori che ci siano in zona; e a Firenze se ne intendono, quindi....,

14/01/2024: Ci eravamo .. piovuti .. per caso tempo fa rimanendone colpiti, ci siamo venuti oggi volutamente e devo dire che non possiamo che ri-confermare tutto; un angolo di vera Firenze con i Veri piatti locali, ambiente accogliente e sicuramente torneremo. Complimenti.

09/08/2024: Buono il rapporto qualità - prezzo, carina anche la location. Un consiglio però, se venite in estate portatevi una felpa, aria condizionata alta, temperatura quasi polare!🥶

23/07/2024: Cercavamo un posto dove poter cenare sul tardi e al telefono ci è stata data subito la disponibilità ( magari aiutati dal fatto ke fosse lunedì sera). Posto molto grande, climatizzato e ben allestito. Abbiamo scelto dei secondi di pesce tutti diversi: uno più buono dell’altro!! Servizio veloce e cordiale. Da tornare sicuramente!!

31/07/2024: Heerlijk plekje om te zitten in de schaduw. Met ook nog water dat verstuift over je heen. Super vriendelijk personeel. En leuk om mensen te kijken.

22/07/2024: We ordered two aperol spritz. They were watered down with soda and full of ice, super disappointing given the lovely location. Unfortunately, we didn’t even finish them. Also, this is not likely the fault of the venue, but at the time we were there there were some very shifty characters who kept watching our table and the table next to us, just something to be aware of.

08/06/2024: At 8.30pm we call to make a reservation for home delivery, we are told that it will arrive by 9.15pm/30pm, after several requests to find out what happened to the courier, because at 10.45pm no one has arrived yet, I I also feel ridiculed because every time I am told that the courier has just left and will soon be at our house. Moral of the story after yet another lie I call back, I don't know who took the call, I am told that my order had not yet been prepared due to organizational problems, and that if I no longer wanted to order they would not make the pizzas. Let me start by saying that my children waited in vain and that in the end they fell asleep without eating dinner while waiting for the pizzas! Terrible home delivery service, unacceptable order management and unreliability of those who answer the phone, they make fun of you with a smile on their faces! I will never order from them again! Terrible home service!

07/06/2024: We ate a very good pizza. Even the sandwiches, for those who chose those, found them very good. The place is large and has several rooms. We were entertained by live music: a pianist-entertainer who invited us to do Karaoke. The only flaw...music too loud and therefore difficult for conversation.
