06/06/2025: La mejor vista en Florencia, servicio amable y buena comida! La brisa en la azotea nos enfrió después de un día caluroso. La música se nos acercó desde la plaza de abajo. Y el filete de ternera era una generosa porción de derretimiento - en - su - delicia de la boca!

04/06/2025: Vóór ons bezoek aan Florence kregen we de tip dit warenhuis te bezoeken om er op het dakterras te gaan lunchen en te genieten van het uitzicht. De entree was niet echt geslaagd. Op de 4e etage stond een hekje en moeten we wachten op een serveerster. Die vroeg op hautaine manier wat we boven wilden doen. Lunchen. Ohhhh dan is het goed. De bediening boven was al even onvriendelijk. Toch redelijk geluncht. Salade en tafelgenoot vier kleine broodjes die goed smaakten en er mooi uitzagen. Op de 4e verdieping nog ff toilet bezocht. Vreselijk wat een vieze bende. Geen toiletpapier en alle damestoiletten als een zwijnenstal. Zo jammer.

01/01/2025: A place that goes from a small shop to a small trattoria but with lots of good food to enjoy in a nice atmosphere. I will definitely stop there again.

20/11/2024: If they had the decency to change the hours online given that they make you pay their weight in gold for the pizza (good, huh). It is not open in the afternoon contrary to the times reported online.

13/05/2025: Unfortunately I have to give one star to this place 2 minutes walk from my business! Every day it gets worse, the food is poor and overpriced, sometimes re-proposed for several days, they changed the bread supplier, it is inedible, good desserts but it is lucky if you find them fresh.. last but not least today I paid €4.30 for a pack of 6 eggs, I thought they were gold.. the manager is always unfriendly and not very friendly, then they wonder why there are no people! Lack of organization, very high prices that not even in a jewelry store, honestly to AVOID! I only save 2/3 girls who work there, they are very nice..

06/06/2025: RIB TACOS – a bone came out. CHICKEN TACOS – the meat was very dry because it was without sauce. BBQ BURGER FRENCH FRIES Everything was too fried Maybe the cook fell asleep. SERVICE 2.00 EURO For a piece of paper (without tablecloth, napkins, bread, sauce, oil).

11/05/2025: Total disappointment and lack of respect towards the customer I have been a customer for years and have always eaten well there, but what happened last night was unacceptable. The "tartare" that was served to me was a mockery: cut into coarse pieces, it looked like meat for strips, and what's more, it wasn't even fresh. The dish was greasy, dirty, presented in an indecent way, as if the chef had used the same greasy hands from the frying (which I had already had redone) to plate it. No care, no cleaning. And the second fry also arrived in the same sorry state: it seemed to have been mixed in oil, not fried. Although I expressed my disappointment politely, I was told that "I don't understand". An arrogant and disrespectful attitude towards a regular customer who simply pointed out the obvious decline in quality. The worst thing? No gesture, no minimum discount to apologize. They pretended nothing happened and made me pay for everything as if everything was fine. I'm sorry, but after years of trust, an experience like this deserves to be told. Everything has changed, and unfortunately for the worse.

20/03/2025: A great local bar! My partner and I sat here all afternoon. The bartenders and owner were friendly and welcoming, making us feel like locals. We came back for a few more drinks after dinner and they welcomed us with open arms. Would definitely recommend this place for a chill afternoon for great drinks at a great price, and great service. Thanks, see you next time we return to Florence!

22/06/2025: We asked for two frappés (total €10) and they told us that we couldn't sit at the tables because the ice cream was only for take-away (the place was empty) so if you plan to sit down ask first if it's possible.

16/06/2025: I ordered a hazelnut affogato, it was so good that I repeated it the next day with pistachio (it goes better with hazelnut). €5 if you stay to eat it at the restaurant.

29/04/2025: Reading other reviews I would have avoided it, but I couldn't do otherwise, and I'm happy. Rustic country environment, warm and familiar with customers, home-made and free-range food (pappardelle with duck and grilled loin like all the grilled meat), raw wine that immediately took me back to my grandfather's cellar. For those who complain about the paper tablecloth, which is amaranth in colour, soft placed on a fabric tablecloth and not the shiny pub ones, for those who have seen cobwebs everywhere (I didn't and I looked on purpose) for those who now eat GOURMET (frozen) at home and for all the masterscief judges I remember that in Piazza Duomo in Milan they are waiting for you with open arms.

14/06/2025: I was looking for a fairly quick lunch spot like pizza, well I wander around and there's the market then I managed to find a nice little place and I go to this squalid place, I go in and I only see 4 trays of pizza with almost identical flavors in the end... I choose a piece of pizza with sausage and I have to say it's really disgusting if this is pizza that I really don't want to go back for ever, I repeat it's a disgusting pizza, I had had a tea and that was the only thing that was saved, I don't recommend it, this place is totally disgusting

02/04/2025: I ate 4 pieces of takeaway pizza on a weekday evening. Paid €16. Pizza below average for the area, ingredients not of the highest quality, excessive cost compared to pizzas by the slice in the area.
