07/09/2025: We had dinner by chance at this restaurant on a narrow street leading to the city center. The place is small but clean, and the outdoor tables are truly charming. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, not to mention the fast and efficient service despite the large number of customers. The food was excellent; I had an amazing eggplant parmigiana and fabulous truffle gnudi. I'm convinced that the ingredients used are the result of meticulous research, as is the presentation of the dishes.

12/11/2025: A restaurant with a splendid view of the square, welcoming staff, and carefully prepared dishes according to tradition. A must-try.

26/10/2025: A beautiful historic venue in the center of the beautiful piazza of Greve in Chianti. The owners are delightful people, clearly demonstrating their expertise. An excellent restaurant with a quintessentially Tuscan menu. We stayed this weekend and will definitely be back. 03/01/2026: Excellent food (antipasto and Florentine steak, plus vegetables and two coffees) and good service, with background music that accompanied us throughout the dinner. The place could use a little refresh, but we can't complain. We'll definitely be back.

26/12/2025: We decided to spend Christmas Eve at Oreste Campagna, there were a lot of us (30 people) so a fixed menu already set by them (60 € per person), I thought it was disgraceful, such squalid cuisine, such ridiculous dishes I have never seen in my life. Appetizer: mixed crostini, a small piece of defrosted artichoke lasagna, cold and tasteless. Overcooked pennette in sauce with very defrosted scampi on top. Dry pork with a chestnut cream on top, a fish that to this day is not understood what it is. House wine and dessert. Here it is not the munu that is being questioned but the quality of the preparation, it was truly pitiful and not just for me but for the entire room outside who shamelessly complained but no one said anything to ruin their Christmas. Like losing a room of customers in a single service, this was a lunch costing a maximum of 35 per person.

08/12/2025: When passing through Gambassi, a stop at this pastry shop is a must. Everything is top-notch, from sweet to savory. After sampling the pastries and schiacciata with local cured meats, you'll know you've truly enjoyed a special moment.

16/08/2025: The location and the parking can be misleading... from the outside I wouldn't have given it a cent (even though the place had been recommended by acquaintances... from Turin)... The schiacciata, the cantucci, the cereal biscuits, the torta della nonna... everything delicious and fair prices.

06/12/2025: The staff isn't qualified to handle the public, especially the two young men at the dessert counter. Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible.

02/12/2025: Bar and pastry shop with indoor and outdoor tables, and street parking if you're lucky. There's a step, so it's a bit difficult to access for a disabled person. There were two of us, and we ordered two spritzes and then two cream-filled bomboloni to go. It offers a wide selection of pastries, cakes, and savory treats, but the prices are a bit high—a small pizza costs €2.50 or a small sandwich costs €3.50, which seems excessive to me. The bomboloni were €1.60 each, but I still recommend it because the bomboloni were delicious and well-filled, and the spritzes were also well-made. P.S. I only have the receipt for the spritzes. Then I went back again. There were two of us and we had two hot teas with six shortbread biscuits for a total of €11, €6 of which were biscuits. It was exaggerated. Furthermore, the tea was served from a single teapot instead of two, as is usually the case in other places. In fact, we had also chosen different flavours of tea, and then they only have one box of tea for the whole place, where people crowd together to choose. The prices need to be reconsidered, they are truly too expensive.

28/11/2025: Quick and very simple lunch, fast and good portions, toilet facilities urgently need to be reviewed. €7 for side dishes is exaggerated.

25/11/2025: Passing through after a stroll downtown, we stopped for lunch and only had pizza: good, with no burnt parts, although €10 for a Margherita seems quite expensive. Overall, it was a positive experience.

13/08/2025: We're still waiting for the pizzas, an endless wait, considering we were among the first ones there. Once we've finished our beer, we go look for a place to eat. I don't think we'll be able to eat here 🤷🏼‍♀️. But no, just before we left, the pizzas arrived. What a bummer!!! It would have been better to leave. Not recommended.

09/01/2026: Nice place, but the quality is very poor. They have one price for standing and a much higher one for sitting down, which they don't mention. The hot chocolate they gave us was burnt. We told the waiter, and he said it was because it was dark chocolate... we've had hot chocolate all over Europe, and none of it tasted this awful. I wouldn't go back.

21/12/2025: Great place, we stumbled upon it by chance and it was a great experience... the tartare is out of this world... too bad that when it came to the bill it turned out to be very salty... they even charged me an extra euro because I asked for it on the plate instead of in the sandwich... so I'd say good quality... but prices too high.

28/02/2025: Excellent takeout pizza! I ordered a Margherita and a Diavola, both delicious. The crust is light and crispy, and even though it was takeout, it arrived hot and perfect.

26/02/2025: I had the pleasure of trying this pizza and can say without a doubt it was a fantastic experience. The crust was perfectly crispy yet perfectly soft, with an authentic flavor that immediately evoked tradition. The fresh, high-quality ingredients enhanced every bite, from the stringy mozzarella to the rich, delicate tomato sauce. The combination of toppings was balanced and well-crafted, making every piece irresistible. If you're a pizza lover, this is definitely a must-try. A true delight that will make you want to come back again and again!

05/10/2025: Waited an hour and a half for only 10 dishes, go ask the reason and they tell you probably they brought it to the wrong table, out of 30 dishes arrived only 10, the strange thing is that for those who arrived later or who ordered later, it arrived immediately, practically you saw your table empty and the others' always full, the funny thing is that neither in the kitchen nor at the sushi bar there were many orders, at the payment it is black they don't give you a receipt. Paid 80 euros for 3 at lunch with the €1.20 discount "discount for inconvenience"

06/11/2025: This is a lovely place, frequented by locals and staffed by elderly Italian ladies. Think of it like a municipal tea garden or a social facility like the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM). The prices are very reasonable. An Aperol and a vermouth cost 8 euros. We paid around 4.5 euros for two croissants and two coffees. The quality is quite good, too. They don't speak English, but it's easy to get along.

12/10/2025: I love it! I stopped in for a snack and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and sweetness of the girl at the bar. It's a shame I don't live in the area, otherwise I'd go there all the time!
