07/04/2025: Excelente ubicación y la comida era deliciosa, así como el vino. El camarero fue rápido y las comidas salieron a su debido tiempo. Muy recomendable.

25/03/2025: Visitamos aquí dos veces en los cuatro días que pasamos en Florencia. Nos quedamos impresionados por el nivel de la comida y la amabilidad del personal. Probamos tanto platos de pasta como la pizza. Muy sabroso y buena relación calidad-precio.

09/04/2025: Questo posto è adatto per una serata in buona compagnia. Il Titolare è gentile e preparato. Ottima carta dei vini. Antipasti, primi e secondi di pesce fresco. Sicuramente ci tornerò. Consiglio di andarci.

04/04/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante per la prima volta stasera con un’amica ma ci tornerò sicuramente perché a Firenze non credo di aver mai mangiato pesce così . Quello che mi ha sorpreso sono stati poi anche i dolci squisiti e la cortesia , ci hanno anche offerto un piccolo antipasto che era una vera delizia . Tutto supremo .

Heating with an electric heater despite radiators being present (evidently faulty or non-existent heating). Very strong insecticide-like smell in the room. Wifi only present in the hall and in the breakfast area, in the room no connection and no signal, so it's impossible to make phone calls. Mediocre breakfast. High price given the negative experience. Only positive note: very friendly staff, I'm sorry that they have to work in a place like this

10/12/2024: Pleasantly surprised. The park is fantastic, the historic premises and the quality of the products are truly excellent. The room with a view of the park, the bed very comfortable. The staff is kind, attentive to everything.

14/04/2025: Extremely negative experience. I had booked with the fork. Although you can arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation time, after just 5 minutes he had already reported that I had not shown up. As a justification, in a less than pleasant way, the manager says that he received a reservation for a large group and that he didn't have room to sit me at the table. In my opinion only to not grant the discount provided by the fork. A genius, given that after having eaten very well in another pizzeria nearby, we passed by there and the place, which was quite shabby, was half empty. Compliments

30/03/2025: ¡Es posible que estés en la orilla izquierda de París parado aquí en la gran Piazza Beccaria en Firenze! ... ¡tan singularmente hermoso es este establecimiento de café y pastelería! ¡No sólo es la presentación entera única encantadora - especialmente con su dedicación a las flores frescas hermosamente inusuales! ... ¡sus pasteles están simplemente fuera de este mundo! Mi visita de la semana pasada me recompensó con la rebanada de pastel del día siendo una especie de flan... crema de naranja que era... hecha de las nuevas temporadas de naranjas sanguinolentas y no demasiado dulce / no demasiado ácida > era la perfección! La caja de pastelería crujiente era mejor que bueno .. perfecto de hecho - tanto en sabor y textura. ¡Oh Dios mío... esta joya definitivamente vale la pena buscarla! Y todo esto a un precio razonable. Yo no hablaría del buen café, pero es perfectamente aceptable. Con pasteles como los suyos, sin embargo, los perdono. Muy recomendable.

22/12/2024: Ho sempre ammirato questa pasticceria passando, e ieri ho deciso di farci colazione. Non mi è piaciuta per niente. Ho preso una brioche che era stopposa, burrosa, salata. Poco accogliente anche il servizio, nel poco spazio che c’è per fare colazione. Forse si deve puntare sui dolci …..

23/04/2025: We booked 2 rooms (1 single + 1 double) for our 3 colleagues who had to do some work near the hotel, we had the email written with the agreed price of €55.00 per room. The colleagues found themselves having to sleep all together in one room because the owner told them that the ones actually booked weren't there. Not even the agreed cost was respected, they made us pay €55.00 per person for each night, without even notifying us. Long live honesty

19/04/2025: I probably found the day negative!! bubbly cappuccino, the coffee goes down very quickly, I think the machine needs maintenance and descaling!!

04/12/2024: This place is perfect: good, cheap, there's a nice atmosphere. He only has one problem: he doesn't use the POS. Honestly, I don't understand why. Nowadays I almost never withdraw money, and therefore I often don't have cash with me. I would like to go more often but sometimes I have to go elsewhere because I don't have cash. It's a shame!

Letizia is now a guarantee, fast and attentive, if you are a regular customer you don't even have to ask... Good lunch spot with a nice range of dishes. Convenient Amazon hub and a thousand other services, lottery, tobacconists etc...

20/02/2025: We stopped by for lunch and had a very good time because the very familiar welcome made the stay very pleasant. We ate a first course and a side dish, all tasty albeit simple. Advised.
