It was much more than learning how to make pasta : I truly appreciated the way you share your values, your passion, and your philosophy of cooking. The way you take time, respect the simple gestures, and create a moment of connection is a beautiful illustration of the slow food spirit.
Thank you for the warmth, the energy, and the inspiration you brought to the class. It really meant a lot.
13/11/2025: A wonderful cooking class experience with our two boys, ages 6 and 9. We made pasta. Lorenzo was very welcoming.
It's affordable for people who don't cook much, and the explanations are clear. A must-do when visiting Florence!

05/11/2025: One of the bars in the Empoli shopping center, it boasts an advantage over the others: it's located right in the middle of the covered terrace that serves as a passageway, and it's also adjacent to one of the entrance escalators. The staff, predominantly female, is friendly and professional. The quality of the products is average for bars without their own pastry shop, and the coffee is decent. It also boasts the added bonus of having tables adjacent to the bar on the balcony.

13/09/2025: Narciso is located on the sixth floor on a terrace overlooking the city, with a stunning view. The food is very good and plentiful. The aperitivo is superb, highly recommended.
19/08/2025: Aperitif with a view, well-stocked and plentiful, even for those arriving around 9 pm. Finger food, a first course, and a fruit skewer with dessert. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended!

19/10/2025: Maybe I was just unlucky, but if I order a burger, I can't expect a half-centimeter thick, half-burnt slab, and if I order coccoli, I can't expect something as hard as rocks. Low prices, but the quality needs work.

06/11/2025: This is a lovely place, frequented by locals and staffed by elderly Italian ladies. Think of it like a municipal tea garden or a social facility like the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM). The prices are very reasonable. An Aperol and a vermouth cost 8 euros. We paid around 4.5 euros for two croissants and two coffees. The quality is quite good, too. They don't speak English, but it's easy to get along.

23/09/2025: There's a very good pizzeria in Cavarzere, with plenty to choose from. This is our second time in town and we always visit this pizzeria. We recommend this place to everyone.
13/07/2025: After ordering a very simple speck and mushrooms, they presented me with a "fantasy pizza" with speck, mushrooms, arugula, radicchio, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan. I didn't return it because I didn't want it anymore, but given the pizza, they made it to their liking; at least they could have combined the ingredients better.
