The food was wonderful. I had ribolitta, husband had penne with slow cooked beef and Chianti, daughter had lasagna and other daughter had risotto ossobucco. It was all very, very good. The restaurant is very busy so it is often difficult to get a waiter attention. The location is great as it is right outside the Roman ruins museum and next to a gelateria.

We were passing through and, given the good reviews, decided to spend the evening at Perseus. The appetizers were good and the Florentine steak was excellent. But the service was a bit poor.

First dinner of 2026, excellent! From the appetizer to the excellent dessert, including the perfectly cooked FLORENTINE STEAK with a respectable house wine. Kudos to the manager and his team!

We arrived in Fiesole passing through around 1:00 PM. We looked for a traffic policeman to help us understand where and how to park, as the signs were confusing. We couldn't find anyone to ask, so we followed the other cars already parked. We ate very well at the restaurant and were served with courtesy and professionalism. As we were leaving the restaurant, two police cars appeared, but it was too late; they'd already given everyone a ticket and were setting up skittles to indicate where we shouldn't park. All in all, we had a good time, except for the usual traffic policemen who, in small towns, always try to get a few euros from fines.

I popped in for a coffee and stopped for a stuffed focaccia. The staff was super friendly and the products were excellent. Highly recommended.

Typical Tuscan food, it was good. It's not expensive. A word of advice: the light bulbs need replacing, or it was a power problem; they kept flickering, which made us very uncomfortable during dinner.

12/04/2026: We stopped at this restaurant during a motorcycle tour. It's a simple exterior, but the food is excellent. The staff were friendly, and the platter and the "pastelli" were much appreciated. We'll be back.

13/09/2025: Excellent food, unique flavors, moderate prices. Welcoming staff, excellent service. Quick service, relaxed atmosphere. The house wine was very good, and the first course with wild boar ragù was delicious. The wild boar was homemade. And all this with a beautiful view of the square. Highly recommended.
12/08/2025: Very nice restaurant with a great view of the square, delicious Tuscan dishes and a wide selection of wines.
