NilHotel | Centro Congressi In Firenze

We had a great stay at Nil Hotel in Florence. Our top priority was secure parking, and the hotel delivered perfectly with a spacious, protected parking area inside the hotel yard, which gave us real peace of mind throughout our stay. The room was basic but clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions we had. Had also easy public transport access. With both tram and bus connections nearby, getting into Florence’s historic center was incredibly easy. The tram ride takes only about 15–20 minutes, allowing us to enjoy all the city's beautiful sights, restaurants, and attractions without the stress of driving through the center or searching for parking. For anyone visiting Florence by car, this hotel strikes a great balance between convenience, comfort, and accessibility.

Quiet hotel with comfortable rooms, but the included breakfast is terrible. They divide groups and send you to a lower level with less food and of lower quality. This is unacceptable; I think there are better ways to do things than to categorize the hotel.

Stayed at other 4 star hotels. This definetily isn't one. I would say probably a 3 star. But overall the stay, rooms and service is good.

They do lot monitor their heating so it gets overly hot in the cold time. Some of the staff were not so nice. The eating in the dining room downstairs was delicious and the staff in there was always a pleasant. The front desk another story. The breakfast area everyone was super friendly and the food was great. It is a good distance from the Duomo area. So it was close to 30 bucks every time via taxi. Metro and tram super easy to ride and cheap. A good distance from those places too. And beware and careful there were a few shady men out and around the hotel walls makes it not so walkable to tram or metro. They should have more police. Also about the rooms the maids take a very long time to do the rooms so if you leave at 10 am don’t come back until after 2pm or your room won’t get cleaned.
