23/07/2024: We vacationed in Florence for a few days and went here every evening because the food was really recommended. The Napoli pizza was really very good and the food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. The service was also super nice and friendly. A few of the waitresses could barely speak English, but they still made a real effort to take our order.

25/07/2024: The pizza and antipasti were okay, the ambience was okay. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The lady would certainly have been better off in another job without customer contact. Warmth is a foreign word there. We didn't feel welcome and will definitely not go there again. A pity.

21/05/2024: Good pizza, the shovel that we got was well seasoned and crunchy, impossible to order with their model, there is a lack of possible different choices. The large room is too noisy and needs acoustic improvement. Overall I recommend it.

22/08/2024: Really nice hotel, Staff was friendly, well located close the tram, room with space and even a balcony, the bathroom was also big, breakfast had even nutella and fresh croissants with friendly workers. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant, I found it overpriced and after asking the 10% discount from the hotel announced, he didn't smile anymore, just kept serious and not as friendly as from the beginning, beside that, really nice.

14/07/2024: I stayed two nights in this hotel and I enjoyed it very much, the service offered by the staff was excellent, courteous. Excellent breakfast, everything perfect! I would happily stay here again

14/12/2023: We went for lunch around three twenty and, despite it being so late, they welcomed us warmly. We ate a ricotta and spinach flan, a cannellini and black cabbage crouton and some excellent sausage and black cabbage orecchiette. Tasty food full of vegetables. Wonderful place! Beautiful terrace on the hills.

28/05/2024: The Marconi bar is a refreshment point where you can have breakfast or lunch/snacks with excellent cured meats and cheeses, those are really worth it, enjoying a sandwich with a glass of wine is worth it

22/07/2024: As soon as we arrived, a beautiful pigeon droppings on the table welcomed us. As soon as we brought the wine, they didn't even bring us the glasses. If you intend to catch fish, give up right away, it's terrible! I ordered a peppered mussel dish and it was full of garlic and all the mussels had an unpleasant, spoiled colour. I recommend I only take pizza!

10/08/2024: Well, where should I start... Food: ordered only two salads which were horrible. Ignoring that the big rocket wasn't even chopped, the chicken was tasteless, seasoning wrong, there chunks of salty anchovies which have no place in Ceasar salad, and worst of all I found hair in my salad bowl. Service: critically bad! Long wait to get menus so I had to help myself. I thought that wasn't very well received at first, but I've seen your 1-star reviews, it all makes sense now. I assumed the staff hated us because we declined having bread starters so they treated us unkindly. It took them ages to bring two simple salads. Atmosphere: very cheap-looking and uncomfortable garden furniture, only giving 1 extra star for being so close to the Duomo di Firenze. Never visiting again.

02/08/2024: The location alone is great, we would just have a drink first. But after looking at the map. Still decided to stay for dinner. Delicious! What a T-bone fioritino.

27/06/2024: Everything would be fine if it wasn't all very old, and in particular the changing room and the women's showers are all very dirty, with mold on the walls, dirt in the tiles, some broken showers, there are no hairdryers...there is a complete lack of ventilation... do you wonder what causes such a low level of hygiene?
