At STRABOBOOOOOOO... an intimate and well-kept atmosphere, excellent clientele and above all great professionalism dictated by the Boss and his staff, exquisite cuisine at fair prices, you can find it a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio and Piazzale Michelangelo... an institution for Florentines for generations!!! Thursday 23 April repatriated from Bobo check point for a convivial dinner "the old glories", I found a modern, clean and intriguing place, especially for a young clientele who knows what it means to eat and drink of a certain quality, everything delicious, nice people service we are top... see you soon Bobo...

Fantastic experience! You know, we did 5 star fine dining in Florence (see my other reviews) and this place was WAY BETTER! Better service. Better food. Thank you for the wonderful treatment. We will be back! It is also very affordable, and fresh made food, including a homemade patty for the cheeseburger.

29/07/2026: For our appetizer, we had an excellent Neapolitan cuoppo, tasty, well-fried, well-prepared, and not too heavy. This was followed by two truly delicious pizzas, with a special mention for the sausage and broccoli rabe: light dough, quality ingredients, and truly excellent flavor. Kudos also to the waiter, who was always attentive, kind, and helpful throughout the evening. The price was fair for what we ate. The only negative, which affects my rating, is the lack of air conditioning: it was far too hot inside, making dinner unpleasant. Otherwise, a positive experience, and a place I would recommend.
28/07/2026: Fantastic pizza in a great, cozy atmosphere, plus very friendly staff. We found it by chance and the whole family loved it.

02/08/2026: Wow fantastic from the wine to the entrées to the service all fantastic, this is a second review We've dined at Antica Osteria Toscana - Novoli several times, and it continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Florence. This visit was excellent from start to finish. Ada was our server once again, and she was as friendly, professional, and attentive as ever. It's always a pleasure to be welcomed by someone who genuinely cares about her guests. The panzanella salad was fresh and delicious, the spaghetti alla carrettiera was absolutely outstanding, and the peposo was rich, tender, and full of authentic Tuscan flavor. We were also sorry to hear that our other favorite server, Adriano, is leaving for Rome to continue his studies. He has always provided wonderful service, and we wish him the very best of luck in this exciting new chapter. If you're looking for authentic Tuscan food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Antica Osteria Toscana - Novoli is well worth a visit. We'll definitely be back!
