We stopped just one night to break up the journey... a truly enchanting place... comfortable rooms and a truly beautiful setting with an exceptional view... the food... excellent! And the person who looked after us... kind and knowledgeable, and for that, thank you so much! Excellent pici and top-notch tagliata... spectacular crostoni! Excellent!

We stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults, 1 boy, and 1 girl. The room was warm and spacious for 4 people, though both the room and bathroom needed a bit more cleaning. The food was good and varied, even for those of us who opted for half-board. The location is a bit isolated on a hill, about 15 minutes from Florence, but comfortable and relaxing enough for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle. It must be a lovely place to stay in the summer or spring. The staff were friendly and discreet.

Fantastic hotel, well-maintained and clean, excellent food. The only drawback is the location. It's outside the city center, and you have to be careful and careful to get there along a single-lane road, but it's worth the drive.

A beautiful, under-appreciated property. The grounds are stunning, and so is the pool area, though it's poorly maintained. The hedges need trimming, leaves, and clutter from the loungers make it look almost abandoned. The rooms are of questionable taste, with the gold headboard, which, even though it was created by an artist, is a bit too dramatic and unpleasant. Breakfast definitely needs improvement. The coffee and cappuccino machine is no good; they're undrinkable! The fruit juices are sugar water and you can tell they're really poor quality. Before 10 a.m., some items had already run out and weren't refilled. The staff is friendly, but room cleanliness definitely needs improvement; there's a bin with waste from previous guests.

The rooms are mediocre. Overall, the place is very good. The building is beautiful, the grounds are pleasant to walk around, and there are lovely views. There's also a pool area and a terrace on the property. The staff speaks English and is very attentive.
