Food was still prepared for us 15 minutes before closing. The truffle burger was very tasty, fries were crispy, zucchini flowers were also very tasty. Great for a quick snack, lunch!

Bella accoglienza, dehors attrezzato. Servizio cordiale e ordine veloce. Menù classico da hamburgheria con tante varianti. Belle porzioni anche dei contorni. Prezzi giusti. Gestore simpatico e gentilissimo.

I give 5 stars because everyone uses it two sandwiches, a water, a beer, €40. I took the boiled Empolese hamburger (probably frozen), cooked quickly enough to understand what meat it is, I didn't understand the quality, served with cobbler bread (also frozen and heated in the oven nice and hard and dry) the leeks removed with a little bamboo cane type tomato

Da consigliare e provare! Posto simpatico, ben organizzato e divertente anche se piccolino, in ottima posizione sulla piazza. Burger e sfiziosità di ottima qualità con prodotti locali, abbondanti e onestamente a buon prezzo. Personale gentilissimo, attento e rapido: mi pare giusta la scelta di chiamare il barattolino delle mance (meritatissime) "sfama una cameriera" ☺️ Tartare di ottima qualità e patatine che davvero "non sono le solite!"

25/02/2024: delicious food, refined ambience but the real magic is done by Carlo, the manager... an undisputed gentleman in the world of catering and a generous professional in sharing all his precious knowledge of wine, oil and culinary delicacies. My wife and I work in the world of luxury hotels and here at Olio Carlo it is true luxury! we went in early January to celebrate my birthday
16/02/2024: An experience full of charm and friendliness. The dishes were excellent and of top quality, described in detail by the very kind restaurant manager. The wait staff was also excellent.
